Unexpectedly super-fast delivery. Even though they don't deliver to my address, they are willing to meet nearby. I was told it was a busy time and it might take an hour for delivery. 5 minutes later, they're waiting for me. Prices are affordable, and crispy chicken is so good. I'd pass on the nuggets or popcorn chicken next time, as they're not...

今天晚間使用pk雙饗卡訂購肯德基外送，訂單在p6:29送出，顯示p7點前會送達。大概到了p7:10都沒有接到任何電話，打開app一看，顯示訂單早已送達.....???? 我滿是疑問，打電話到貴餐廳，一位女店員接聽，只冷淡回答我說：「外送員回來了，而且他說已經送到了。」然後女店員就不說話了......所以? 我傻眼無言!!我回她，我就是沒有收到任何餐點呀!到底這什麼態度啊?她才說她再去問看看。等了好一會，才又回答我是外送員操作錯誤，會盡快重新送來給我。 重點是，外送員已經送完餐，回去了，餐點呢???到底送給誰了? 掛完電話。過了5分鐘，貴餐廳打給我，一位女店員再次問我，真的沒有收到餐點嗎?我回：沒有!!!!(問完我後，她就掛了.....我真的......

18:20網站訂單，顯示19:05會送到，18:50肯德基打電話來說要19:30才能到、原因是「外面下大雨」⋯我看了外面一滴雨都沒有的外面跟超乾的柏油路⋯然後line友人詢問附近有下雨嗎？友人也說沒有，感覺很差⋯可以明說因為忙不過來或者訂單太多或者任何真實的理由，而無法達到網站要求的外送時間，但有必要直接說謊因為「外面現在下大雨」嗎？真的讓我看著沒有下雨的大馬路開始懷疑是平行世界嗎？ 我在7:13分致電永和中正店，接電話的小姐非常客氣，也第一時間馬上誠實告知因為外送只有一個人忙不過來，所以才需要一個多小時的時間要到7:30才能送達（雖然現在已經快7:30了，也還沒送到也不知道何時會送到），但其實我相信正常客人都是可以接送誠實告知的，更何況餐飲現在缺人，忙不過來其實很正常，然後中正店接電話的小姐也明確回答我：他們那邊沒有下雨、沒有下雨、沒有下雨！ 所以我這邊沒有下雨、肯德基那邊也沒有下雨，短短幾分鐘車程的區域、是為什麼在18:50被告知因為下大雨很危險所以7:30才能送達！ 希望肯德基的員工教育訓練：可以延遲送餐抵達時間，但請正確說明原因，請不要隨便張口就說謊下大雨什麼很危險這樣來欺騙客人！ 114.04.20一位男性工作人員致電，希望管理者可以了解，並請員工不要亂說下大雨做延遲半小時送餐的任何藉口！這樣只會讓原本能安穩接收延遲的客戶，因為被欺騙唐塞而產生讓客戶不愉快的心情！

從5顆改成一顆抱歉 事由： 我們用網路預定一點完就直接去因為怕出餐快會冷掉。到了還沒出完所以很開心的等。結果櫃檯女生不知道吃了什麼炸藥，東西拿過來連看都不看的嗆“優惠價不能選部位”然後轉頭就走。好像我們是故意做錯事一樣。真的很糟。 而且最終給的餐點不知道是擺多久，家裡的隔夜薯條還比較好吃。 這家是之前還有脆薯的時候給的份量太少，結果還打電話來說他們都有秤重，直到我自己用自己的秤子報數後他們還碎碎念的說可能因為冷掉變輕（有讀書嗎？），給我們補償的店。 總之目前暫時不會再光顧kfc了，希望你們能多教育一下服務人員，如果有淺規則，也請直接標明避免誤會。 反之你們pizzahut的服務人員有禮貌又有效率，可以請kfc人員去見習一下xD ps.其中一個雞胸比雞翅還小xd pss.附上不知道擺多久的“咬不斷的培根”漢堡。 真後悔這次重新給了kfc一個機會。。以後中永和還是吃胖x爹就好
