Taste 1/1* Beef noodle came with the perfect beef chunks, good size, nicely cooked just breaks apart with your tongue, chewy noodles and clean tasting broth Minced pork rice was good flavour, though not enough topping causing lack of balance Both side dishes were not bad
Value 1/1* 190 for a bowl of noodles can be expensive, but I’d pay that price for this bowl of beef noodles any day of the week

Read more這次來用餐都是點紅燒湯頭,麵條有寬、細二種可選,我點紅燒半筋半肉的寬麵,先省點牛雜紅燒細麵。 雖說都是紅燒,但二碗湯喝起來的味道卻有些微差異,我那碗喝起來就一般認知紅燒的味道,先省那碗喝起來比較像加了蕃茄一起燉的湯頭,就有點蕃茄的酸香味。 內用的話有豆漿、紅茶喝到飽,醬料台上的佐料、醬汁也都能自行取用,本來對無限暢飲的飲料都不抱希望,沒想到這家的豆漿跟紅茶還不錯喝,不是一等一的味道,但以要提供給客人暢飲的等級來說算是好喝了,而且喝起來也不會太甜,讚的! 額外加了一些蔥、蒜泥、花椒油到湯裡面,多了花椒的麻香味跟蒜泥、蔥花的加味,感覺湯頭更升級。 麵條的話,我個人較喜歡寬麵的口感,他們的寬麵吃起來有嚼勁但又不是偏硬的那種,吸了肉湯的味道變得更好吃。 細麵就覺得沒什麼特色呢,就是細麵.....
半筋半肉的牛肉給蠻多塊,燉得剛剛好,筋也燉得好軟綿,個人覺得蠻好吃,但先省覺得他的牛雜燉得太過軟爛,一入口都沒什麼嚼勁,隨便咬一咬就化開不見了,沒什麼存在感的感覺。
