McDonald's Xinzhuang Zhongping Branch — Restaurant in New Taipei

i give 1 because i can t give 0. service terrible . food like in all mcdonald everybody know is not for quality . i order burger chip ect and a croassant . i wait 15 minutes . 20 people working. with 3 customers. almost empty . so in 20 employers why need wait so much. after 15 minutes they call me say croassant is finish . they cancel croassant on the ticket but forget my food i wait other 15 minutes in total more than 30 minutes nobody care about anything. most ridicolus who make the order it was the responsable guy in charge. really unprofessional . nobody care about anything . you can feel they work just for salary. no organization at all. 20 people working i waitmore than 30 minutes . i go in mcdonald because i need eat fast and back to work but is not so fast. . quality of food completly zero look like eat plastic but i know i don t go there forquality . really i no want back anymore i...

I appreciate that we have a 24 hour restaurant in the neighborhood. Judging by the number of customers, I think my neighbors agree.

One suggestion: please leave at least one kiosk open. The staff is reduced during late hours and ordering can take a long time. For people with simple orders, we can really save a lot of time. Since the kiosks remain powered up and using electricity, what is the benefit of closing them?

Not bad with an efficient drive thru. Inside is 2 bars，one for general meal and another for tea or cafe. The seat’s arrangement is good for both single and group rest. The location is near bus stop and the Taoyuan airport...
