McDonald's — Restaurant in New Taipei

It is really pool order service here. The customers are only able to order on order machine. Even though there is a long queue, the order desk are still not able to provide service.

It was a rainy day and some customers should be queue outside of the door since the queue is long without a proper instruction.

I bring my own cup for coffee, but I have no awareness that I should pay in counter to get the discount. So the staff help me to cancel the booking and rebook it again.

If McDonald’s would like to ask all customers use order machine to order. It should have a proper user experience design, no matter in the user interface itself or the infrastructure inside the shop.

Ordered chicken, fries, and burgers for a midnight snack. Food was served fast. The burger we ordered was the signature one with wagyu and it was very good. The chicken pieces were big too. Nuggets was served with sweet chili instead of barbecue (usual in the Philippines).
