I'll start with the bottom line - great food and greater service! The meal is an experience and not just food. The staff works hard to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your meal. We picked 2 staeks and they came with entrées of salad, tomato beef soup and a pork in tuba sauce dish - all very good! But when the steaks came that's when we met perfection. Just 2 perfectly cooked steaks - delicious! After that came the dessert - nice but not somthing to write home about. All in all - 5...

前幾天平日中午帶老婆來這邊慶生 寬敞的空間內，店家把桌距分的很開，讓用餐的感覺很舒服

因為隔了幾天，吃的價格有點忘了 羅西尼牛肋眼套餐 1000～1500之間 小羔羊羊排套餐 好像1200上下 單點酥炸軟殼蟹...

The salad, soup and appetizers were all excellent. But the main course wasn’t okay, the rib eye was too dry (it seemed to have been soups vided). The short ribs were better, juicy. But for the price it was a bit of a disappointment. The desert was very good, though, hope they improve their...

I'll start with the bottom line - great food and greater service! The meal is an experience and not just food. The staff works hard to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your meal. 前幾天平日中午帶老婆來這邊慶生 寬敞的空間內，店家把桌距分的很開，讓用餐的感覺很舒服 因為隔了幾天，吃的價格有點忘了 羅西尼牛肋眼套餐 1000～1500之間 小羔羊羊排套餐 好像1200上下 單點酥炸軟殼蟹 好像360吧 一開始先招待一份打發等餐時間的小食，洋芋片搭配莎莎醬。類似的的做法印象中都是用原味的玉米片來搭配，餐廳這邊應該是做了一些改版，不過個人覺得不太成功，因為使用的洋芋片是有調味而且還是蠻鹹的那種，跟莎莎醬的味道搭在一起個人覺得覺得味道過重也不和諧，但反正這個是招待的，倒也不扣分就是 凱薩沙拉— 生菜算新鮮，可惜保水度有點不足，這個價位會覺得挑選的生菜水份可以在更飽滿一點，凱撒醬有用一點點酸度去帶，老婆滿喜歡，但我主觀上還是喜歡傳統一些的凱撒醬，不過還是不錯的 酥炸軟殼蟹— 第一口覺得很好吃，但整份吃下來，我跟老婆都覺得味道稍鹹了點，也稍油一點，但有可能是因為我們沒有點餐酒，佐餐酒吃也許就不會有我們這種感覺。 西班牙番茄牛肉湯— 牛肉的量給的很足，我覺得應該是用牛排整形切下的邊角料，但牛排本身的品質就蠻好的，所以這裡的牛肉也不差，湯品的味道是還不錯的 無花果歐式麵包— 今日最佳。香氣、口感、跟味道都無法挑剔。完全沒有要酸其他餐點的意思，真的是這次用餐體驗中，麵包確實表現得最為出色 嫩煎舒肥雞肉佐鵝肝醬玉米糊— 舒肥的肉品嫩度一定都是沒問題的，雞皮的部分也有另外煎出脆脆的口感，不過似乎沒有什麼調味，可能是想讓食客搭配玉米糊和鵝肝醬吃？個人覺得還算不錯但可能是因為接在前一道的歐式麵包後，沒有太過驚艷的表現讓這道菜沒什麼記憶點，要不是有拍照我根本就忘了中間還有這道菜 小羔羊羊排— 我的主餐，熟度、調味、配菜都中規中矩，還算不錯，老婆也蠻喜歡的，只是也不算特別有記憶點 羅西尼牛肋眼— 我在菜單看到這個菜名其實有點疑惑，因為我印象中的羅西尼牛排一定是菲力的部位，但一方面我也不確定是不是我見識不夠，而且想點這個主餐的老婆本人都不在意了，所以還是點了，但事實證明羅西尼牛排主流烹調方式都用菲力的部位是有原因的。先強調餐廳的肋眼牛排品質是好的，熟度也把握的不錯，但正是因為用的是好的肋眼，本身油脂就蠻豐富，搭配上不知道是鴨肝還是鵝肝（也煎得很好）真的有點脂肪過剩。 這裡不得不提一下配菜的剝皮辣椒，一開始覺得西餐怎麼會出現這個配菜，但意外的適合，穿插在鵝肝牛肉之間超級解膩。不過一個主餐需要用配菜解膩才能吃完，個人還是覺得怪怪的，所以這道菜依然是不推。 另外個人主觀看法，牛排改用肋眼，醬汁沒有松露味，羅西尼牛排的三大元素有兩個不符，就不該使用這三個字出現在菜單上。 香橙慕斯蛋糕— 甜點非常好吃，上層的慕斯跟下層的蛋糕體搭配的很好，外圈的白巧克力跟碎果仁提供了口感，酸甜的味道把主餐的油膩感消除，為整個套餐做了一個非常好的收尾，滿足感跟麵包在伯仲之間。而且店家還因為知道是慶生有準備蠟燭跟畫盤的服務，這裡是蠻貼心的 整體來說，雖然對羅西尼肋眼牛排有比較多批評，但店家的食材選用跟料理方式還是可以的，然後服務非常的好，必須稱讚店內所有服務人員，店內的空間跟裝潢也都很舒服。只是它可能比較像是揉和了一點台灣自己改良想法的歐式餐廳，而不巧我這次是特別為了幫老婆慶生看網路高評價盲選的，不夠正統讓我自己覺得有一點落漆。如果是一般聚餐的話還是挺好，可以給4星的。只是若要讓google評分的4.6星名副其實，主廚可能要再更精進趕上貴餐廳烘焙師跟甜點師的水準
