The pizza wasn't great, but not bad. We ordered three pasta dishes and all were lacking in portion sizes. The worst was the Salmon with Vodka Cream Sauce. They decided to garnish their dish with Ketchup. I don't know of any self respecting Italian that would ever serve a cream sauce pasta with Ketchup. It's also unfortunate that the only service we received was taking our order and bringing food to the table. We had to ask for water, a service charge implies service....

I come here about once every 1-2 weeks. Best pizza I've found in Taipei area, and everything is made with great ingredients. The owner is an Austrian chef and is rightfully proud of his product. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to experience a western palate. Meat-lovers and vegetarians have many great options. Staff speaks Chinese...

Pappi's is not your typical Pizza & Tapas place - a classic Italian restaurant but with a bit of an Austrian twist, a most unusual and very unique dining spot. Not to mention that the proprietor and chef is one the nicest and friendliest people you will have the pleasure of meeting. Good food, good drinks, and good ambiance. Highly recommended!
