4 star for the location, which is within the Harbour. You can enjoy the view outside drinking your coffee : Cruise Terminal, Cruise ships if docking, convenient stores : .family mart or 7/11 just alongside! Bus ot train terminals are also at walking distance! I would have rated 5 stars if the place was renovated... certain areas needs renovation. Overall very...

Staff all spoke English. Very helpful when you're a dumb foreigner on his second day. Place was busy and they were calling out numbers in Mandarin except when it came to my number which they called out in English. Nice touch that they'd remembered me.

真想打給他6顆星.第一次來這間星巴克門市.服務態度超好.餐點速度比麥當勞得來速還要快.隨點隨好.只是我的杯子只能裝大杯.讓他們很不好做.真的難為他們了.辛苦了優秀的服務人員們。以上說的是之前好的店員。但2020年12月21日。我真的後悔了。可能之前好的店員都沒做了。來了一批爛貨。給0顆星就好了。真的是星巴克裡面的爛店。請看之後評論。我不知道今天是店員大姨媽來了。還是有特殊規定。去別間都沒有的鬼規定。這邊全都有。態度差的像卡到一樣。好像我欠她2百50萬的樣子。但對裡面的同伴又嬉笑打鬧。別家從沒遇到過的。這家全都領悟到了。真是太神奇的。看那大一號的女店員。一副就是人家說的破×。大家來看就知道了。這種鬼店來一次就夠惨了。千萬不能再來第二次。否則可能衰個×輩子。點特大杯。他說我的自備杯子就是特大杯囉！是我眼花了嗎？別間用這這自備杯裝完後。一杯裝不下一定會分2杯裝。再另外一杯用他們的杯子裝來。但唯獨就這間說自備杯的容量就是特大的。十分篤定。我就拿我今天在別間星巴克買的特大杯咖啡杯子倒過去看看。結果竟然會有偷工減料的情況出現。天啊!這家店是怎樣。別家店該有的優點都沒有。但不該有的缺點卻全都有。睜眼說瞎話。店長也這樣。不知要不要說這個情況是不是叫做上樑不正下樑...

星巴克板中門市位於板橋府中的熱門地段，中山路與重慶路的交叉口，這是板橋幾個最熱鬧的十字路口之一。所以在尖峰時刻這個門市是很難找到座位的，要碰碰運氣。 與大台北地區的其他幾個門市相比，其實板中門市並不算太大，可說大小適中。二樓的座位居高臨下，望著十字路口熙來攘往的人們，是最好的觀景地點。 由於是星巴克，服務當然有相當程度的水準。尤其這邊是人潮洶湧的地段，服務人員的動作與品質必須都要有相當的熟練與維持度。面對一些客人提出的小瑕疵，服務人員都能迅速地做出標準道歉與補償的程序，令客人滿意。 雖然客人很多，可是整體環境整潔維持的還不錯，廁所也很乾淨，這一點十分難得。
