Read more這次由弟弟出錢帶全家去吃好料! 主要是提前慶祝爸爸生日+父親節一起過了~ 全家人就我一個人還沒吃過這家老字號的特香齋,所以我抱著很高的期待,希望能和在台中吃到的老字號牛排館一樣美味(台中泓品的超熱鐵板料理方式很推薦)
現實總是殘酷的,雖然整體餐環境挺舒服的,也有復古的氛圍,但是餐點品質參差不齊。就讓我娓娓道來~
餐前的紅酒氣泡飲,滿特別的~不用擔心有酒精過量的問題
本來是想點洋蔥濃湯的,畢竟之前受到老師指點,通常老字號的牛排館功力如何,就先喝喝他的洋蔥濃湯,但最後我還是選了不容易出錯的酥皮海鮮濃湯。我覺得這道湯品整體算是中上的,用料雖然不是什麼高級海鮮食材但也算是給的相當大方。
前菜沙拉的部分,我選了田園油醋鮭魚沙拉,中規中矩沒有問題,燻鮭魚也有5-6片,生菜也已經淋好油醋醬,最上面還放了一點鮭魚卵增加口感,因為份量滿大的,從一開始的爽口到後面會有點膩口。但我滿喜歡南瓜做成的果乾,酥脆清甜中帶點苦味。不得不說,才吃完這兩道我已經6分飽了!
中間還有上大蒜麵包,好像吃不夠可以再續,女孩子如果食量不大,可能吃個一片就會建議不要冒然嘴饞,要休息一下等著享用後面的主餐。
再來就是重頭戲的主菜,我個人不吃牛,加上喜歡簡單的料理,所以選了香烤嫩羊排,家人都選海陸大餐,照片中我有分享其中一款是爸爸點的菲力牛排6oz+海鱸魚,很奇怪的是我的單點羊排價位是$1450,而媽媽點的羊排+義式焗海鮮卻只要$1380,不知道餐點是如何定價的,我想是希望多吸引客人選海陸餐?回歸正傳,我非常失望,老實說,比連鎖品牌王x、西x的用料和料理方式還弱,連配菜的中最經典不容易出錯的馬鈴薯泥都很糟,可能當天廚房心情不好?總之調味並沒有到位。爸爸對於海鱸魚的料理方式也是不予置評,如果一個海鮮夠新鮮,應當是不需要用這麼重口味的料理方式去呈現,媽媽和老弟的焗海鮮也是同樣的狀況,起司焗烤底下是重口味的咖喱汁做成的海鮮總匯,複雜且不適合與牛排搭配享用。但是我們都一致認為醬香菇是好吃的喔~
再來最後是飲料和甜點的部分,我後悔沒有選提拉米蘇+烤布蕾,看到隔壁桌上了,挺美味的樣子!可惜我們四個人都沒選他,不然就能一起分享比較一下!我和爸爸都選了金箔巧克力蛋糕,還以為有鏡面、有甘那許夾餡還是鮮奶油之類的,就是如大家照片上所看到的樣子,金箔超厚超假根本不像是可食用的,蛋糕體非常的乾,沒有任何的奶油夾餡,整體就是一個非常失敗的巧克力蛋糕,7-11巧克力蛋糕捲都比他好吃🥹🥹🥹。弟弟吃藍莓慕斯,也是一度以為自己吃的是桑椹還是別的水果,沒有藍莓味,最後應該是媽媽選的草莓起司冰淇淋最正常。由於自己對咖啡非常的挑和敏感,所以我選了冰奶茶,家人分別選了冰釀咖啡和鳳梨芒果冰沙,冰釀咖啡和奶茶都是基底上面加了厚厚的奶蓋,整體來說就是杯餐後飲料,剛剛好的容量不是很大杯,不過好喝再飽都會喝完,普通已飽就會剩部份,我們大概就是後者。
最後由於是當月壽星慶生,有多送一個招待的生日蛋糕和免服務費的優惠。總之,這次的用餐餐點好不好吃,吃的都是一個心情,最主要的目的還是家人能聚在一起好好吃飯的時間。
仍祝願特香齋可以重新調整餐點和料理方式,相信加上有這麼好的用餐環境和服務,絕對還是能夠長長久久,有朝一日有幸再去享用...
