The food here it's pretty good, it has DinTaiFen's food quality taste without the heavy price tag.

The restaurant is pretty small, with about 8 tables. So the wait time to dine in is a bit long, we waited about 45 min on a Saturday evening.

It's recommended if you don't want to wait to rather call in advance and place a take it order. We saw many people who came and fetched their order.

Once we were seated, the food came out pretty fast without compromising on the quality of the food.

Six years since the original review and this place is still just as good. Yes, the prices are up somewhat, but it's still very reasonably priced for the food they serve. One of the best places for spicy wontons.

Xiaole is a typical noodle shop you'd find around Taiwan — nothing fancy, but decent and affordable. We enjoyed their fried rice and noodles, which were flavourful and suited to our preferences.
