千壽司旗艦店 — Restaurant in New Taipei

Visited the restaurant with a fairly large group, so we were placed in a private room. It’s nice that we had our own dining environment, but a huge downside is that it faces the kitchen. As a result, the fumes surrounded us, and the air quality was horrible.

The food, in general, was below average in my opinion. Most of the dishes were heavily seasoned. For the sets, you get a main, a bowl of rice, two side dishes, a vinegar shot, a salad, and a bowl of soup. We got some veggies and dried bean curd as sides, but both were terribly salty. The same applied to the beef tongue and other veggies we ordered. It’s a pity that we couldn’t really taste the original flavor of the food. The pork neck wasn’t very fresh and was over-grilled.

In terms of service, I think it really depends on the individual staff. Some were nice, but a few of them were quite cold.

Value 0.5/1* Uni pieces were extra small, but other 3 dishes were decent value 1667 all together, just wish there were more variety of fish between the Don and sashimi plate

Bad service, staff lied about table availability when we clearly needed large table for all the orders to eat comfortably. Sushi and Sashimi were not that fresh, hot food wasn't that tasty. Uncomfortable dining experience.

剛剛吃了晚餐, 服務態度讓人非常失望, 我和先生兩人點了 一份大的壽司, 一份大的生魚片, 兩樣單點的菜, 加上兩份定食. 當菜送到一半, 很明顯的是餐廳安排的兩人桌size太小, 我的定食雖然還沒來, 但是一定擺不下. 我看了一下四周, 有兩張四人桌是空的, 我和服務生表示我們的桌子是太小了, 既然有兩張空桌, 可不可以換到四人桌, 服務生說有人訂位, 所以不給換. 然後他就把定食的各樣菜從定食托盤拿出來, 連我先生的定食吃到一半 也必須重新整理把他的托盤也拿走 才剛剛好把所有的菜盤放的下 副菜的盤子就在桌角 吃的時候需要從頭到尾小心翼翼 害怕把盤子弄倒到地上 我們7:30後開始吃 而直到我們離開 (已過8點) 那兩張四人的空桌都沒客人 餐廳的營業時間到8:30 pm 通常8點後就不會有新的客人進去 (我家在附近 所以很熟這家餐廳) 餐廳說有人定位 都快接近打烊時間 而且還是兩桌都有人定位? 但是直到八點多都沒人? 餐廳明顯騙人, 花了1200台幣 - 以他們家的價格, 我們點的份量和總價應該是與平均四人組的客人差不多, 難道要求四人桌不合理嗎? 吃了一頓很平常的晚餐, 還要忍受桌面擁擠, 必須小心翼翼, 完全沒享受到. 回家後和家人說到, 才發現我爸媽也有類似不愉快的經驗. 另外必須說, 今天的食物真心不怎樣, 生魚片沒有很新鮮, 熟食很普通. 雖然因為在家裡附近, 以前有時會請爸媽去吃,...
