I recently dined at this establishment, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. Upon ordering our meal, we were initially served a vegetable dish that was the correct one. After a few minutes another server swooped in and took the dish away, asserting it was incorrect. To our surprise, the correct dish was taken away and brought to another table, only for us to be served something entirely different. At this point, we were quite confused and frustrated.

Eventually, the staff realized their mistake and brought back our original dish—however, it was clear that it had been touched by someone else, even if they claimed it hadn’t been eaten. The fact that the other table handled our food with chopsticks left us feeling uneasy about the cleanliness and safety of our meal. To add to our disappointment, the server who attended to us afterward was incredibly rude and clearly gave us the cold shoulder, making the whole experience even more uncomfortable.

It’s clear that the staff needs better training in customer service and food handling. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, but this one left us feeling overlooked and unappreciated. This place, our most favorite dinner venue for local Taiwanese home cook food. Just 2 min walking distance from our house, we called to order and just collect once the dishes are ready. For today’s meal, we ordered 2 types of taufoo. One for kids and mapo taufoo for adults. Their signature orange sauce pork which gives sweet and sour taste was truly a delight. The seafood taufoo was so good that it can match the one we ordered previously from Regent hotel.
