The coffee taste is very bad , Convenient store's coffee is far much better and much less expensive. Dessert is good and setting place is good but needs more sofa. Bathroom is bad and combined male and female. Please separate the bathrooms. The air conditioning looks not to be working 🙄🙄 I was feeling hor inside

我們在11/24週日在三樓包場，幫小朋友們辦party。在找場地之時，與士林店的Maggie店長洽詢相關事宜，過程中店長非常細心，告訴我們方案的細節，也推薦我們適合的方案，讓我們感受到這是一家很為客人著想的店家。 在11/24當日下午，包含林副店長及同仁們，都在現場跟我們確認餐點的狀況，特別是因為有很多小孩，所以在取餐區也跟我們提醒要注意安全（超貼心！）過程中不論是場地或是餐食，真的感覺到士林店的硬體維護的很好，同仁也都好親切，總是笑臉迎人，整個活動很順利，真的非常開心！很幸運的選擇到了一家很棒的咖啡廳！ 非常感謝Maggie店長的用心，以及林副店長還有所有同仁的協助，我認為金格點一杯士林店絕對是士林區最佳的咖啡廳，更是辦理活動、包場的第一首選。一家店的全體同仁都這麼的誠摯，這是裝不出來的；能夠發自內心同理客人，親切的與客人互動，是良善的企業文化與愉快的工作氛圍最佳反應。再次謝謝貴店，期待下次再與各位見面喔！

三訪 每次都來喝咖啡，這次來諮詢彌月禮盒，試吃給很大方還不用費用，介紹都很詳細禮盒還超可愛，我起身上廁所小姐還會提醒小心樓梯，覺得很窩心。 二訪 店員很熱情介紹，也不會限時，很讚👍 是複合式糕餅店，有額外賣手沖咖啡、切片蛋糕、輕食，店內寬敞舒適有許多座位，採光極好非常好拍照，店員很親切有耐心的介紹各種咖啡豆，手沖咖啡上桌後發現會給冰的和熱的兩種，還有附贈小點心，非常好喝，點心也很好吃。

三訪 每次都來喝咖啡，這次來諮詢彌月禮盒，試吃給很大方還不用費用，介紹都很詳細禮盒還超可愛，我起身上廁所小姐還會提醒小心樓梯，覺得很窩心。 二訪 店員很熱情介紹，也不會限時，很讚👍 是複合式糕餅店，有額外賣手沖咖啡、切片蛋糕、輕食，店內寬敞舒適有許多座位，採光極好非常好拍照，店員很親切有耐心的介紹各種咖啡豆，手沖咖啡上桌後發現會給冰的和熱的兩種，還有附贈小點心，非常好喝，點心也很好吃。

不開心的訂購經驗： 服務不佳、不專業不用心、令人失望！ 1.服務不佳： 開心迎接孫寶貝要與親友分享，30年前兒子彌月選擇金格分享給親友，30年後孫女彌月依然選擇金格，雖然兒子不願意選擇金格但我堅持選擇金格，因有傳承的用意！8/3至士林門市訂購金格金格彌月禮盒，服務人員很冷淡一點服務也沒有；沒試吃沒關係但完全沒介紹；這是待客之道嗎？還是嫌訂購量110盒太少嗎？雖然奇摩吉不好；但秉著傳承的用意依然選擇金格，故不與服務人員計較依然訂購！ 2.不專業不用心： 付清費用離開店鋪後，心想安心等候收到禮盒就可以了！沒想到；現場服務不好，訂單處理也不專業，宅配地址已提供檔案複製貼上即可（宅配費自付），還要客戶自行核對有無錯誤能理解；核對後告知錯誤處修正後還是一錯再錯！謝卡排版溝通再溝通；只說盡量，結果依然不變！一切表現都顯示很不專業、不用心！ 3.令人失望 沒想到；收到貨再次出錯；謝卡空白沒印謝禮人姓名！禮盒都送出去了，補寄謝卡有用嗎...
