青青食尚花園會館 — Restaurant in Shilin District

1117午香 We had an incredible wedding at 青青食尚花園會館 this November. We were told we were likely the first couple who had not attended the venue at all till the last week before the actual wedding. Our wedding worked so well solely because of the hard work from Rita and Sam, who were respectively our 婚顧 wedding consultant and 婚企wedding planner, as well as 迺倫, our 小管家wedding day helper. Both of us and all our guests enjoyed a perfect wedding ceremony and semi-buffet reception. Everyone and everything was taken great care of before, during and after the event. Since the very beginning of getting connected with 青青食尚花園會館, Rita has always been very helpful, polite and professional. Since we are foreigners and live abroad, she very kindly gave us a live tour of the venues we could pick so that we could see how the venue actually looked and where/how different parts of the wedding would possibly unfold. She also clearly explained to us everything we needed to know or consider when choosing the main package and add-on items, such as the menus of different banquet style, the bride's rooms, and the timeline of services provided. We were captured by the tranquility of 落羽松證婚區 in the live tour and choosing to have our ceremony held there was one of the best decisions we made; it turned out to be really really lovely. Between the point after the contract was signed and the first meeting with Sam, our wedding planner, Rita has always been very polite and responsive to all our queries. During the live tour, the venue we would later choose, 香榭廳 Champs-Elysées Hall, was still getting renovated but Rita sent us photos of it as soon as the face-lift was finished. The Hall on the day looked exactly the same as in the photos. Just as most couples, we were uninformed of the bits and pieces of preparing for a wedding. Rita was a very capable guide who gave us cheatsheets and checklists to follow. Because of some unique circumstances, we wanted the standard schedule changed and Rita made her best effort to accomodate that too. She also meticulously cared for our guests' special needs. 2 months before the wedding, we met Sam online for the first of many online meetings with him. He was the most helpful, selfless, patient, polite, and most importantly, smart and detail-minded person I have ever met. He has a lot of experience in hosting and preparing for a wedding. Strongly recommend this venue for couples who are looking to host an outdoor wedding with a rustic style ambiance! The venue offers spaces suitable for different guest number requirement and the food was superb! I hosted my wedding here in mid October 2023 (perfect weather btw 😉) and all my guests loved the food, we ordered the set menu with lots of seafood 🍤 🦞. 我是丹丹，2024／3／9畢業的新娘，超滿意、超感謝青青每一位工作人員！

婚顧：塗副總 婚企/主持人：范范 餐飲主管：巧雯 婚宴場地：森之教堂＆星空之森

(文長慎入） 早在兩年前就被求婚了，但因為我只喜歡戶外草坪婚宴、又不想上陽明山或跑太遠，遲遲沒有任何想法，也從沒看過任何場地。就在2023 4月平日的晚上，我突然知道青青這個地方，可以辦戶外婚宴，而且就在故宮旁邊，好像有點意思，當週六下午沒事就晃去看看，就這麼遇見了超級親切的塗副總！ 但塗副總詢問我們預計幾月辦、有幾桌，我們完全沒討論過，我第一個念頭就是要先減10公斤啦（沒辦法疫情不小心胖10公斤我也苦惱），所以應該最快要明年啦，副總又接著問是上半年還下半年呢，我想說下半年好像有點太久，但我很怕冷，男友很又怕熱，那就來個...三四月吧？！ 沒想到副總優秀到竟然還會看日子？！他立馬點出2024年3／4月的好日子，是不是也太貼心啦，我們就這樣當場自己隨意挑了個黃道吉日，誇張的是我男友竟然就這麼當場下訂了，我這個這一生每分每秒都在猶豫不決的女子，竟然如此突然地，就在彈指間，決定好日子，把自己給嫁了！只能說這一切都是老天爺疼惜我，幫我安排好好的，命中註定遇見塗副總！！！

就這麼開啓了我當自己婚顧的鑰匙！ 在籌備婚禮的10個月裡，我才發現平常迷糊傻大姐的我，竟然也有不可妥協、所有細節必須親力親為的一面，太不可思議！ 簽了約之後，我全身每一個毛囊開始了備戰狀態，緊張地開始一直問副總，可不可以早一點開始討論婚宴細節，不然我實在太焦慮了，但副總非常善解人意，親切和靄地安撫我每個情緒，整整八個月以來，只要我在line上詢問，幾乎都是即時回覆，就算在忙，也會忙完立刻有條不紊地列點回答我千奇百怪的問題，像慈父一樣，陪伴著我們過關斬將！

中間幾個月我開始了半年的減肥和拍婚紗過程（拍攝時我瘦了7公斤，為了拍婚紗照，我整整試了台北市25間禮服店，我真的是很瘋的新娘），時間默默推移到了年底，剩下不到三個月時間，要來衝刺了！

塗副總把婚企主持人范范介紹給我們，不得不說，范范是個非常優秀的婚企主持人，馬上可以get到我天馬行空的想法，但因為我實在很焦慮，我還是有另外有再找一位婚宴主持人，所以范范主要擔任的是我婚宴前在教堂證婚的主持工作，還有幫忙我串連和婚宴主持人團隊的協調工作。

范范年輕可愛又溫柔大方，經驗相當豐富，總是能在我慌亂之中幫我理清思緒！婚宴前兩個月，我真的沒日沒夜在準備所有一切（連喜帖都自己搞7天7夜，還準備了驚喜的唱歌跳舞喬段），就算事前做了各種準備，到了婚宴當天，還是會有各種突發狀況蹦出來，我的一進白紗、對戒、胸花、遊戲刮刮卡，一個一個突然消失，當場在新娘房的我真的無敵崩潰又焦慮，但范范相當專業，雖然證婚時程因此稍稍推遲了，我一邊只能坐著給新秘做證婚的妝髮，一邊到處找人去尋找離奇消失的物品們，一直想問，到底幾點了，是不是證婚延後了，但范范只用很溫柔堅定的語氣告訴我，時間都在她的掌握內，不用擔心時間！最後當然也即時找回了所有失物。

證婚前幾週，副總問我們有沒有找好證婚人，他說如果找不到合適的人選，他也可以擔任喔，而且副總自己本身以前就是做婚顧的！所以我們直接請pro級的副總當我們教堂證婚人，副總還在我婚宴前特地去settle 頭髮，連我媽媽都以為他是神父XD 另外想提的是，幾個月前，我跟副總說，我不喜歡我婚宴草坪入口門柱上的粉色布簾，而就在我婚宴前一週，副總默默幫我換上了全新橘粉色的布簾，和我送客區做的波西米亞布置做了完美搭配！感動！

婚宴當天，我完成了瘦10公斤的任務，為了婚宴當天的五套禮服（早上儀式兩套），我又再試了24間禮服店（瘋到不行的新娘），為了就是在婚宴當天在賓客面前展現出最完美獨特的婚宴。

整個婚宴籌備過程中，我最感謝的是塗副總，我婚宴當天，明明有好幾廳同時要去忙進忙出，但塗副總還是百忙之中抽空跑來陪伴我的每一個進場，陪我媽媽和親戚們說說話，讓我無後顧之憂，只要專心做最美的新娘即可。甚至到婚宴結束後，我才知道，副總為了我的婚宴，推遲了幾天才住院去進行身體保養！

感謝老天爺，讓我認識塗副總，由衷感謝范范和青青的工作團隊們！而青青，就是我命中註定的完美婚宴場地！青青的菜色一點都不輸大飯店，賓客們都說很好吃哦！星空之森真的很美很美，滿足了我所有的新娘夢，婚宴已經完成了三個多月，但我每天都在回味每張照片，背後都是每個幫助我的工作團隊們的努力與辛苦付出！
