Creative Pasta 創義麵 — Restaurant in Shilin District

Very bad experience. 1) We ordered three dishes and they delivered one by one with a 5-8 minute gap in between so we did not get to eat all at the same time. 2) I ordered chicken spaghetti in spicy herb cream sauce and it came with mushrooms which I hate. The peppers they use changed the flavor of the tomato sauce. It was tasty and spicy (I loved how spicy it was) I admit it, but I was frustrated by this time for not getting what I was expecting. 3) The vegetarian spaghetti with tomato sauce came with a kilogram of seasonal vegetables (which I did not expect) so we requested it to be changed. The new order came and the spaghetti is sweet! Eww! They give you ONE napkin and there are no napkins in the table, neither parmesan cheese or oils.

Good pasta and good service with attention. Prices are OK for the quality. English speaking waiter. Pleasant ambience of the restaurant. Just check with the waiter the ingredients of the dish, Taiwaneese put a cream into many recipes that should not consist of cream. I had Spaghetti with german sausage, chilli and garlic for 140 TWD and it was very good. My wife had pasta with clams and white wine for the same price and she liked the food. I've had delivery but this was my first time going there for lunch. The vegetarian pesto with veggie bacon was creamy and tasty. My friend got the pesto chicken and enjoyed it as well. I asked for extra garlic but I don't think my server understood. Also, the temperature of the food was closer to room temperature than hot.
