Ordered a meal with two egg tarts, popcorn chicken, and fried chicken. What I got was a single egg tart and no popcorn chicken at all. The cashier was also rude - he seemed to be working on another order, ignoring the lady in front me who was kindly asking for a receipt. I don’t expect much from those in the service industry, especially when working under a huge cooperation like KFC which probably doesn’t give good benefits or pay; in fact I try my best to make their hard jobs a little bit easier. A very poor overall experience and I can understand the downfall of KFC.
I ordered 薄皮嫩雞 online because this is what I wanted.
I arrived the store at the previous assigned time and was told it is out and I need to wait 15-20 minutes.
Took them like 4 minutes on the phone to get a refund as they don't have the food that I ordered.
No apology at all for accepting my order while not having the food and making me traveling over.
My suggestion? Visit the Ranger's Fried Chicken next door where you will get a much better service, real "fast" food.. It took me less time to place an order and pick up from Ranger's Fried Chicken than waiting for a refund in KFC. Talk...

It was amazing I would go back any day l. Better then Texas ranger by far. KFC's chicken is always hot and crispy and you got a lot of chicken with out even that much grease. There french fries are the best I have ever had, and I have been to some amazing fast food restaurants. And there facility is one of the best fast food facilities I ever need to. It's clean it's huge and has a bathroom. Let me also remind you that has 2 floors. Yes some people really like Texas rangers, but KFC is the under dog and better in Genral.
