We took the photo quietly in a corner and had no intention of disturbing anyone—it was over in less than a minute. Even if there had been a minor disturbance, your staff’s response was unnecessarily rude and arrogant. He insisted that “no photography is allowed except at your own seat,” told us “I don’t want this kind of customer,” and asked us to leave with a refund. These were his exact words.

We were genuinely taken aback by your staff’s tone and language, which escalated the situation. My husband raised his voice as he called out your staff’s poor customer service, lack of communication skills, and arrogance.

If this is the standard of service your café upholds, then it’s no surprise your staff are skilled at turning customers away.
