Nice small restaurant in the alleyway of minsheng district. Food was clean and delicious considering the price. Lunch special $290 for crawfish and roe pasta. Queueing time may be 30 mins+ if you come in the weekends and you can only order a la carte. Worthwhile coming on normal days...

來民生找朋友經常指名吃這家，但今天的體驗有一點不同，但基於大致上都好的情況給與四星 #餐點 以往我都是點墨魚麵，好吃👍今天點了龍蝦拌拌麵，味道好吃，但吃完之後全身開始發癢😅這可能我個人問題，大家客觀斟酌看待就好 麵類還是推墨魚，能吃辣的可加辣，彩椒挺多

#服務 之前好幾次下來的經驗，覺得店家接待服務態度都很親切熱誠，但今天遇到了不同的經驗

2023,5,14（日）晚上用餐，有位深綠色衣服的姐姐，我不知道是什麼情況 第一：點餐的時候，知道我朋友的用餐習慣，但語氣真的不行，後來另一位客人進來的點餐過程，我們也覺得不行😅

第二：上餐多次，只有一次詢問龍蝦麵誰的，其他麵包濃湯放了就走，一個的麵包是單點還是套餐也沒說，後來聽到別桌才知道單點濃湯是附兩個麵包

第三：收餐具，空盤，完全不說話不詢問直接拿走

第四：總合以上三點，以上過程離開我們這桌都會接著去隔壁桌上餐與收拾，然後重點來了，差別待遇，別人兩桌，語氣客氣，詢問餐點是哪位，收盤子什麼的都會詢問，而且還會說"不好意思，這先幫你整理用完的東西"🤷真的差太多

觀察下來，大聲的狀況都有，我也明白是讓客人能聽清楚沒錯，但在我們這桌的語氣真的有差，望日後能多注意...

老闆娘，你真的要好好想想。我也吃好久了。 總不能，你在店的時候賓至如歸。 你不在的時候，就沒有服務品質。 那麻煩你乾脆po出你的值班表好了。 我只會在你有上班的時候去吃。
