I read some negative reviews from others about this place, so I thought I’d set the record straight. The owner is great. He initiated our conversation (in English), and helped with the beer selection. He was patient and knowledgeable. The staff isn’t very talkative, but not talkative doesn’t mean rude! In fact, when I was about 5 beers in, I was a little tipsy and knocked my beer over, causing a mess and a problem for the staff. They were extremely kind and understanding, even when dealing with an annoying drunk like myself lol. (I’m very sorry about spilling the beer!) The atmosphere is great, and they play some amazing music (Radiohead, baby!) I really recommend everyone give this place a try. I’ll being going back frequently before I leave Taiwan. Ignore the naysayers and give it a try!

Haven’t been to here for more than 6 years but it’s very good to find it still in business and doing very well. The selection of draft beers is versatile, but the foods weren’t 😂. The beef noodle was just OK. The soup and beef were good, but the noodle was a bit tragic. The DIPA wasn’t my favorite, so the staff recommended me another one for more bitter taste. Well, not as bitter as I expected but it was pretty smooth as an IPA. Good vibe for some more visits, but apparently a bit pricy.

Haven’t been to here for more than 6 years but it’s very good to find it still in business and doing very well. The selection of draft beers is versatile, but the foods weren’t 😂. The beef noodle was just OK. The soup and beef were good, but the noodle was a bit tragic. The DIPA wasn’t my favorite, so the staff recommended me another one for more bitter taste. Well, not as bitter as I expected but it was pretty smooth as an IPA. Good vibe for some more visits, but apparently a bit pricy.

After seeing the owner's reply, he is right and I should type in Chinese. Let me try! 大家不用來那麼蘭的店!!!..... The owner was extremely rude when I asked if I could try one of the draft beers (300-550 NTD) to see if I wanted to buy a full glass (and I had already purchased several other ones). If he told me that in a nice way, it would have been fine but I guess he doesn't care about being friendly. The owner also took a long time (10 minutes) to get the bill after asking us to wait a minute. The bill was an instant print out from a machine lol and he was servicing new tables before getting the bill for us. I guess he forgot. The owner was just a totally unpleasant fellow.

Don't come here because they don't care about customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Make sure to read the other 1 and 2 star reviews before you come here. The owner argues with people. And I can report that nothing...
