The Lasagna Bar — Restaurant in Songshan District

The lasagna they served is comparable to the one I had in Rome, Italy. It is simple and captures the real taste of lasagna. I love the thin lasagna pasta they used. I was surprised with the gnocchi. I expected to have chewy and smooth gnocchi, the one they have has a texture which the sauce adheres more it which make it better. I highly recommend the pecan pie with pistachio gelato. But I guess it is better with vanilla gelato. I highly recommend this place. The ambiance inside the restaurant is chill and relaxing. But, the space is small so getting a table might be a problem. There is no question that this is the best lasagna in town. From the meat sauce which is a traditional ragu to the rich creamy sauce, this lasagna has it. The portion is a bit small for the price, but the quality and taste make it completely worth it. After finish my lasagna, I only wanted more. A friend and I really enjoyed our dining experience at The Lasagna Bar. The atmosphere is simple but cozy. The food has authentic taste, and the ingredients were fresh.
