Read more位於台中的多馬咖啡,是老師多次推薦的必喝咖啡館;趁著這週休假,終於有機會去跑店朝聖。
來到門口,眼睛為之一亮:不是因為有什麼亮麗的裝潢,可以清楚看見工作狀況的吧檯和高腳椅、陳列整齊的產品配上小清新風格的豆標,擺在大門旁的烘豆機+隱隱飄出的豆香,直接招喚著客人:想品嘗咖啡嗎? 來吧!
張望室內座位區,和木色內裝相得益彰的老式檯燈、一整個櫃子的DVD、安靜在角落歇息的電吉他加復古風console,整個old school風格完全對我的味。稍加詢問:店內的產品單純就是咖啡、豆子,這樣和客人的超直球對決,可以確信老闆絕對是硬核的咖啡愛好者。
依照天氣與心情,我點了一支非花果香系的哥斯大黎加;當看到照顧吧檯的小老闆、用古瓷風格的磁杯端出單品時,我真心樂了~剛入口偏厚重的可可味道、輕閃而過的明亮酸味,入喉後隨即出現的甜感,忍不住真的想站起來大喊:單品手沖萬歲!
一邊品味著咖啡的風味變化、一邊和小老闆聊著關於多馬的種種,不難看出對於店務也是有著自己的想法。雖然今天正好碰上蔡大哥自己公休,但心裡已經暗暗盤算下次到台中來、絕對要再來多馬坐上個半天!
