I like the taste of the food, also the drink is so nice. They offer noodle and curry rice. For noodle, they have beef and pork option for the meat as well as for the soup. I ordered beef noodle with the beef soup, the meat was very tasty, juicy, and soft. The service was great, one of their staff can speak English very well, so tourist who can't speak Chinese won't find any difficulties. They also have English menu. The place is clean and spacious. The price is very reasonable.
You can ask for additional noodle, soup, and drink for free. Actually, the size of one portion is enough for most people. As a tourist, I feel satisfied with this restaurant, and I hope I can comeback to Taichung and visit this...

Read more位於興大前的一條街靠近加油站的店家,店面及招牌清楚,路邊也有停車格,入店前在大門量一下額溫再入場,拿取菜單後找座位畫單至櫃檯,發票為傳統發票,無載具功能,line的集點卡每150元1點,加湯加麵需自行將碗拿至檯子放著,等候通知後自己拿回,服務人員態度很好。
牛肉麵:通常碗中配有麵條、45塊牛肉與45跟青江菜,麵體偏粗且Q彈,如是加麵需要浸在湯中一段時間,方能吸收湯的風味,青江菜為蔬菜的清爽感為主,口感爽脆。
碰碰胡招牌牛肉麵-價格160元: 湯底不會辣,牛肉為牛腱加牛腩,牛腱的部分口感相對牛腩紥實,但又不會太老,而牛腩的部分非常的嫩,感覺入口即化。
正宗川味牛肉麵-價格150元: 湯底微辣,牛肉為牛腱,口感軟嫩,幾乎是用齒輕輕咬下便分離,微辣的湯刺激了舌尖與中段的部分,使對於感受食材風味有新的認識。
紅燒牛肉麵-價格140元: 湯底不會辣,牛肉為牛腩,口感嫩,但還是具有肉質感。
紅燒牛肚麵-價格140元: 湯底不會辣,牛肉為牛肚,也可做成牛肚與牛腩各半,牛肚口感Q彈,很有咬勁,會越嚼越香,肉品兩者皆有的餐點,個人覺得可變換肉感,讓整體的口感更豐富。
醃漬品:用在盤中的夾子夾入小碗中,注意不要用杯子裝喔~
醃蘿蔔: 口感爽脆,入口的酸味能剛好地開啟味蕾的感官,也能在吃麵中達到解膩的效果,尾韻的蘿蔔香也不會苦澀,單純地把食材原本的風味展現出來。
酸菜: 口感爽脆,但多了纖維感,味道微酸,但絕對酸菜風味未發揮完整,使得吃下的爽感及放入湯中的味道會大打折扣。
飲料:可用杯子自行裝取,旁有珍珠可以取用,珍珠口感Q偏軟。
咖啡紅茶: 喝起來紅茶味較重,咖啡香較無。
