Weekends at Shenji Village are always buzzing with energy. Handmade crafts, indie brands, and an amazing variety of street food make it the perfect spot for a leisurely stroll. In the midst of this lively market scene, I finally got to try LUHO Home of Puff, a well-known puff pastry shop that not only serves delicious treats but also has a quirky Moai statue holding a puff, perfect for a fun photo op!

I went for their Strawberry Ice Cream Puff, and it was a total win. The shell was crispy, the filling was smooth and refreshing, and the slight tartness of the strawberry balanced the sweetness perfectly. Since these are ice cream-filled, they’re best enjoyed fresh—waiting too long can make the outer layer lose its crunch. Luckily, there are plenty of outdoor seating spots nearby, making it easy to grab a puff and savor it on the spot. On a hot day, it’s the perfect treat to cool down with!

後續有接到來電道歉及解釋原因，並表示之後會加強人員訓練及溝通，希望能夠親自前來道歉及退款，今日人員親自帶商品前來道歉，很有誠意想解決此次糾紛，故將1星改為3星。真的很喜歡你們家甜點，若撇除掉此次事件，旅禾一直是我心中排很前面的甜點店，希望未來能避免類似事件再次發生。

吃到奇怪的藍色不明物體，有跟客服表示有錄影跟拍照存證，有需要可以提供影片照片作參考，客服表示師傅也不知道那是什麼東西，只說可以選擇退款或換新，也有跟客服說明會先等看看身體狀況再決定退款或後續處理，客服也表示好。今日有空到現場想買個甜點順便退款，櫃台人員堅持要發票才退款（事發後客服沒有特別強調要發票，故沒有將發票特別留存），有告知櫃檯人員當初客服說可以過去退款，櫃檯人員才說要打電話確認，確認很久還有事又一肚子火就先離開了。

今天沒有一定要你們退我這幾十塊，這是感覺的問題，在你們這家店吃到了不該出現的東西，當下第一時間就告知你們了，當時想說就當自己運氣不好，沒想到真的到了現場連退個款都這麼麻煩，態度不知道硬幾點的，前前後後也跟你們說了不少通電話，說不定網外市話通話費都不止你們退款的錢。

能不能商品有問題、有客訴就交接清楚？況且商品有問題不管今天有沒有發票，只要有證據證明是你們家商品有問題，都該退錢不是嗎？（發票的目的不就是要確認是否為你們家售出的產品嗎？照片影片難道看不出來這是你們旅禾的商品嗎？事發當下我也有立即打了電話反應，後續也來來回回有多通電話的聯繫，難道這些都不足以佐證你們家商品有問題嗎？難道怕我賴你們這幾十塊不成？這幾十塊一點都不值得我浪費時間這樣做，要不是因為喜歡你們家商品，所以想告知你們商品有問題希望你們改善，不然一開始有問題我會直接丟掉連客訴電話都不會打，沒想到前前後後應對這麼久，到了現場要退個款都這麼難，真的很令人失望）

品管部分很糟糕，連客人吃到什麼奇怪的東西都不知道，服務很糟糕，讓客人為了一個幾十塊浪費心力時間，交接的不清不楚，幾十塊錢要退不退，感覺超級差。
