越食坊 — Restaurant in Taichung

08-01-2025 I just came there today to order a simple 蛋炒飯 (egg fried rice). After paying, I asked how long it would take, and the old auntie told me around 15 minutes. That was acceptable, given it was dinner time and the shop was quite busy. However, I ended up waiting over 25 minutes. During that time, I saw several people who arrived after me receive their food, which made me wonder why my order still hadn’t come out. So, I asked the old auntie how much longer it would take. To my surprise, her response was not very nice—she simply told me not to rush them, without any courtesy or apology. That was really upsetting, especially since I had been standing right in front of the counter the entire time, clearly visible to her (the old auntie) while she was washing dishes. Eventually, she went to the kitchen and asked the cook about my order. Shockingly, they didn’t even have a record of it, my order slip was missing. She then turned to me and asked, “Who took your order? Did you place an order? Have you paid?”—all without apologizing to me first. How could I possibly have a queue number if I hadn’t paid or ordered? Please, use your brain to THINK.

番茄牛肉河粉超好吃(加麵份量也超十足)，加一點酸酸的檸檬會讓人食慾大開。生意很好喔，用餐時間幾乎都要排隊，位在東海鬧區，附近不好停車喔，連摩托車有時都要找下位子。這間是這附近吃過最好吃的一間，除了河粉還吃過炒飯，不過炒飯的飯有點硬(只吃過一次所以就不多評論)，有興趣的朋友可以都去嘗看看哦！ 禮拜一固定公休，建議不要尖峰時間來吃，避開尖峰時間來用餐，個人覺得煮起來比較入味！給的料也比較大方！(個人覺得)

第一次外帶點了蝦仁炒飯+番茄豬肉湯，炒飯的米粒粒粒分明、口感Q彈，而且還帶著濃郁的鍋氣，算是很夠水準的炒飯，湯的部分調味很好，而且番茄的味道很重，不死甜還帶有一點酸，非常開胃！結帳金額125元，重要的是份量很多、可以吃得很飽！

第二次外帶點了炒豬肉河粉+豬肉貢丸湯，份量一樣很充足，就算連學生也能吃得很滿足，味道的部分仍然夠水準，只是我一開始誤會豬肉貢丸湯會有豬肉+貢丸，跟番茄豬肉湯會有番茄+豬肉一樣，結果只是豬肉做的貢丸湯😂
