酒攤（中式料理台灣佳餚） — Restaurant in Taichung

One of the best places to eat in The Taichung area. Located near the 228 Memorial Park in Beitun, parking is plentiful around the entire neighborhood (which is also incidentally close to the supposed biggest Starbucks in Taichung as well). It's good 'ol Taiwanese home cooking. There is no menu. You eat what they suggest; fresh vegetables, a choice of meat (their white steamed chicken is amazing), some small dishes (they have the best pan-fried radish cakes in Taiwan), and a soup. They won't let you order too much, if you do they make you take it home. BYOB. Expect big, sometimes boisterous groups of locals enjoying great feasts. Indoor/outdoor seating. Great place...

Great for large groups of people. The boss would recommend dishes, but since it is menu-less, you would not know the exact pricing. But roughly expect 200-400 NTD per dish? 【酒ㄊㄨㄚ：傳送古早味，無菜單中式料理】

所住社區屬於北屯區崇德路三段，算是台中比較新發展的 11期地區，樓宇人口都不是太密集，但是高質素餐廳食店一點也不少，特別是在仁和公園附近，除了著名的春水堂及9號碼頭外，特色小店一樣遍佈各處，這間帶有日本名字的中式料理就是其中之一

之前日間經常路過餐廳門口，只見店內外圍有個小庭園，放著數張農家圓桌，甚有中式古早味色彩；去到夜晚，店內總是充滿熱鬧歡呼的食客笑聲，廚房煙囪總是噴出陣陣香味，可見應該都是一間不錯的料理店喔

室內坐位已經爆滿，所以今次就坐在之前所見的外圍庭園內的圓桌，正想找找菜單點菜之際，老闆施施然過來，道出本店並無菜單的，由店員口中介紹符合顧客想吃的菜式；小編跟朋友自然有所顧忌，即時到 Google 找找以往食客的評論，得出 蘿蔔糕、豬油拌飯是必吃之選，其他菜式就由老闆跟據我們人數，推薦介紹店內一些特色小菜，份量亦可以調較，感覺蠻特別

由於沒有菜單，小編國語又不好，所以跟據相片加上回憶，結果今晚就點了：滷味豆腐、豬油拌飯、紅燒腩肉、九層塔炒蛤蜊、香菇火鍋、清炒水蓮、酸菜鵝腸

整體上全部菜式味道不錯，不是太油膩，份量都算足夠，其中蘿蔔糕果然是招牌菜，外面煎得金黃脆脆的，蘿蔔絲數量都不少，口感十足，若不是早早賣完，真想再叫一碟

唯一美中不足之處，由於是無菜單及無價錢菜單，結果結賬時大家都打了個突，有點驚訝，因為價錢有點偏高，雖然食物品質真的一點也不差，可是這個價格應該會有更高水平及食用環境，今次總算到來一試，有興趣來的朋友要注意吧

最後真的不明白這間料理的日式名字，好像跟店內菜式一點也沒關係的，從 Google 也找不到答案喔
