《事件一》 進門後乖乖排隊等點餐，店員已開口詢問「您好，內用還是外帶？」。結果後面太太直接越過排隊等待的人，先一步將她畫完的單放在櫃檯，同一位店員馬上轉而服務她，要我等一下？？？ 問題一：請問就算她已畫好單，難道不用排隊依順序遞給店員？ 問題二：店員也已經在服務本人，看到畫單直接接過就開始幫她處理，將服務到一半的本人拋在一旁，要我再多等待⋯而不是請那位太太排隊^_^ 《事件二》 正當我站在原地傻眼於剛發生的事件時，另一位店員才過來說「點餐先畫單」 問題一：若要請客人先畫單，可以一進店就說，反而客人還不用站著等待那麼久，可以先找座位坐著畫單。 問題二：有看到前面有客人亦是排隊口頭點餐，建議可以將點餐形式統一，避免客人貴店觀感不一。 《事件三》 在店內用餐時，發現有蒼蠅在周邊飛，大概揮了3、4次才成功趕走蒼蠅到別處，建議此部分可以多注意。

《最後》 過去也曾到貴店用餐，當時遇到的狀況亦是不佳，無人排隊情況下，呆站在櫃檯前（大約2-3分鐘）卻無人提供協助，事後爬文才發現大部分的負評留言皆為店員服務態度問題，希望貴店能加強員工訓練部分，而非只仰賴活動（評五星送舒肥嫩雞）洗google好評。 附註...
