天利食堂 台中青島店 — Restaurant in Taichung

It’s really a very bad experience. I really don’t know how it can get 4.9 points in Google. If I can give zero star, I will give Zero Star. When we enter the restaurant tonight at around 18:50. We kept waiting at the entrance for at least 10 minutes without any greeting. Until I ask the staff, she asked whether I have a booking. I said no. They say they need to take a look upstairs. But a large crowd of people behind us were sent upstairs first when we just arrived. After 15 minutes, I asked a staff to check where there were table upstairs. She said yes and she supposed to bring us upstairs. Suddenly a guest need to pay and she went to cashier and left us on the same place without any apology(actually there were others staff there but they lingered around）We waited for another 5 minutes. Then she came and tried to bring us upstairs again. Suddenly there was another customer asked her questions and she left us again. It’s really ridiculous!!! Later I only know that customers have to order and pay first before the food is served. The staff did not tell us and wasted our time for 25 minutes. Some customers just interrupted to pay and order even they came later than us. The staff is really rude and no heart. They biased us as we cannot speak fluent mandarin!!! 這是近10年來 非過年過節第一次在外用餐的等待時間需約一小時，點餐時間是12:58，第一道上炸豆腐跟薯條是13:46，這些是我第一次餓到手抖拍出的照片。 因我也是餐飲就業人員，不捨當場苛責店內辛苦的人員，但這次的用餐體驗令人非常失望。 首先覺得不合理的是結帳人員每結一張單就得回頭做一張單的飲料兼飲料送餐，雖然需被點餐客人包括我只有3人，光排隊等待時間就超過5分鐘。 第二個不合理的地方只是普通週末，餐廳地點還在台中市區北區，非大型節假日或過年，也非郊外遊樂場所餐廳，卻要等快一小時才能吃到東西（在這之前只有自己倒的開水喝，連小菜冷盤都是上了第一道炸薯條、豆腐後，我問說好像有小菜，才說準備好要端上桌了！），問了來送第一道餐點炸薯條、炸豆腐的人員，為何這麼晚才能上餐點，得到的回覆：1.是現作...
