Famous Sauerkraut Fish Soup Specialty store. Maybe even the best one i have ever had. Soup was thick and savory even though biting and lil bit too heavy spices. But its very delicious especially during this breezing weather. Different with Indonesia one, they include sliced pork meat, tonnes of mushroom variants, salted veggie and also shirataki. What a place! We tried going to another branch the night before and was told there was a 3.5 hour wait, so we came here in the morning instead. No reservations, and people started queuing up at 11 for the 11:30 opening.

這次是第四次內用（不含先前防疫不開放內用時的外帶）。 我們被安排二樓用餐。點完餐後服務人員給了我們餐單，然後40分鐘後，我們的小菜、白飯、番茄魚，才陸續送上桌。 期間，鄰近比我們晚到的兩桌客人，雖然比我們晚點餐，但他們的小菜、白飯、飲料，在點菜後約10多分左右就先送上了。當下我為此現象，只能說服自己⋯或許他們早就定位了、事先點餐了；又或許因為我們沒有點飲料，所以不會先上小菜、白飯！

超過40分鐘後，我們的小菜、白飯、番茄魚終於上齊了。 前三次內用時，我們點過黃瓜、小卷、蝦餅、炸雞等小菜，此次母湯娃娃菜是第一次點。娃娃菜送上時，我們立馬開吃，但真的已經是將近常溫的狀態了。或許，本來就是這樣，因為無從比較，於是無法判斷這是否正常？ 而隨後上桌的番茄魚，讓正處飢餓中的我們，也是馬上開吃。 沒有冒煙、沒有熱、不會燙！一度以為是不是沒有煮熟就端上？但翻看加點的小料，似乎已完整煮熟。喝了一口「內層」的湯，讓我懷疑人生！！是接近常溫的！ 我平常不太吃太燙的食物與湯，但如此這般沒有溫度的受覺，讓我趕緊請友人也試試，是否是我的錯覺？ 友人也覺得「接近」常溫。 我詢問現場的服務人員，我向她表明，我們不是第一來吃，至少前幾次送上桌的，都是有溫度的會燙的。本來想要請服務人員自己嚐嚐看，但礙於防疫期間，還是算了！ 服務人員說她去問問，問完後跟我們說幫我們重新做一份。我們雖然覺得很浪費，因為我們真的只喝了三口湯跟兩片魚，但店家也不能用加熱的方式再處理（因為衛生的關係）。 番茄魚終於上桌了⋯⋯我們的白飯也涼了！ 我知道烹煮的是廚房人員，現場服務人員僅是按照傳送上來的餐點出餐。但我鄰近兩桌的客人都已經開吃了，而我們桌上空盪盪的時候，服務人員的確是疏忽了，甚至似乎不覺得奇怪！ 本來想在結帳時順便跟櫃台反應及詢問，但因為接到電話改由友人幫付款，而錯過了當下確認詢問。

我想知道： 1.母湯娃娃菜本來就是接近常溫的嗎？ 2.當日是否早就烹煮好了番茄魚？廚房人員忘了傳菜...
