Second time at @bunbuntw
FOOD: We ordered two breads First One: Bacon Omellete Second One: German Sausage In the first one we included a set so it comes French fries (you can choose other options of side dishes), garlic sauce and a beverage. I ordered an extra black tea for me. We did like our orders and those French Fries were really crunch. Nothing to complain about it. The observation I can do is the black tea must have sugar (it’s fixed), there is no offer of no sugar black tea.
MENU: It’s a small menu with some options of bread (there are 3 options available only for morning time) and some side fried dishes and beverages. They have English and pictures for all breads.
SERVICE: You need to go to the front desk to order and take your order later. They give you a machine which will ring when ur meal is done. After finishing meal, you also need to hand back your dirty plates and cutlery. And you need to wait around 10 minutes to your meal be done.
PRICE: 425 NTD - 兩位
EXTRA INFORMATION:
First thing first, the food is good: the bun is a sweet, perfectly buttered and toasted brioche bun, the fried items are crispy and juicy, chili is good, the condiments are fresh, very well done all around. The drinks are somewhat diluted, but I'll just think that they are providing the diet/healthy version. The services, however, are slow and inflexible. The fries were done first and just sitting on the counter, but we are not allowed pick up the fries because the staff said they have to be picked up along with the sandwich. The person who took the orders was very pleasant, but the remaining 2 staff either refuse to acknowledge you, or you get a clear sense that they really really prefer not to interact with you (no smile, no eye contact, short response, etc.). So overall, good place with decent food and drinks, as long as you don't mind indifferent to boarder line rude staff and have to wait for your food for at least...

First time to try what looked like a great new option on the Uber Eats. So the picture showed a delicious looking chicken pesto sandwich with a side of pasta salad. That's what I ordered on Uber Eats. I received a bun with two pieces of food service level fried chicken with some kind of spicy sauce that was not even Pesto, not even close. The side was not my fusilli salad (pasta) but some very low quality food service level fries. They also force you to buy a drink or you cannot submit the order. So the entire thing was wrong and seriously over priced. Another example of Taichung western restaurants getting it totally wrong. No more orders...
