Halal Ende yuan Dumpling House — Restaurant in Taichung

Looks they are having a good business that's make them too busy and they missed the important and simple things for food business. As a Muslim I didn't like the way that they offer the food. Examples...Bowls and plates were melamine or plastic and very old not suitable for serving hot soup or food. The restroom 🚻 was quite untidy, dirty and the sink was leaking very badly and it shows for a long time has this problem. No hose for muslim people!? (cost a few hundreds Taiwan dollars) and the kitchen wasnt clean...They charge a lot for their food...(That's fine) but we couldn't finish our food when we asked for paper bowl which in many restaurants offer that they gave us a plastic bag for hot soup and meat!! The taste of the food was salty and nothing! No taste! No spices! Hope the owner can...

Ordered Beef hotpot at 11:54, was warned that there is a 40 minutes waited for the hotpot. At 50 minutes mark, went to the counter to ask where is the food. Counter lady came back from the kitchen saying the coal is being lighted and the hotpot will be delivered shortly. Waited until 75 mark before asked a passing by waiter to check. Server came back at mark 90. Saying the order bill was accidentally pulled off. And that's the only explanation my family received.

I will not recommend this restaurant for anyone who intends to eat within a reasonable waiting time.

The restaurant get their beef and lamb from Australia with Hala certification.

The cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas are condemnable.

Price on the menu doesn't translate to good...

We came 10 minutes before the shop opened and there was already a queue. We did not have reservations hence we tried our luck. Happy that we got a table. We ordered the small hotpot for our family of 4, 10 dumplings, beef fried rice and beef noodle. Highly recommend the dumplings and hotpot. Beef was tender and the broth was delicious.
