Ji Ting – Kimchi Hot Pot (Shuangshi Main Branch) is a well-known individual hot pot restaurant in the Yizhong Shopping District, famous for its huge portions and affordable pricing. I ordered their signature kimchi hot pot (mild spicy) — the broth was flavorful with just the right balance of heat and tang. The accompanying shacha sauce and spicy dip added a nice touch of depth.

The portion was massive. I mistakenly thought rice wasn’t included, so I ordered an extra bowl — ended up being way too full! This place definitely doesn’t skimp on quantity. For just around NT$200, it's a great value considering today’s rising food prices.

The dining space is clean and compact, with quick turnover — perfect for students and workers on lunch break. One downside is that drinks are not included, and you’ll need to order them separately, which may be inconvenient for those who like sipping while eating.
