Strangely, the expensive ingredients were all there: started with this shining abalone salad, which was the highlight of the meal, and then things kind of go downhill from there. The shrimp hand roll was amputee highlight and the chicken soup with shark fin was memorable. But they just didn't have that it factor. Then the courses ended with a criseship looking lobster. Granted it was a large lobster but the way it was cooked just didn't match its grabs size. It was half fried and half baked. Wasn't juicy but the sauce kind of saved it.
