This is a convenient coffee shop for not only students but also teachers for drinking, chatting, talking, discussing and nothing. The classic decoration, the noisy pop music, the gloomy smile of clerk, the sexy and sweaty flavor mixed in the atmospheres are the feelings different from others. 一直都能理解現場做需要等比較久 所以每次來都是至少20分鐘前打電話訂飲料+早餐 到現場付完錢就可以直接帶走餐點不用等

結果上上禮拜開始 打電話過去 被告知不能直接用電話講 要用"你訂"點餐才可以 照他說的用 用起來也算順暢沒有問題 在家點完 15分鐘後到現場就可取餐

結果到了今天 一整個荒腔走板 我在家用"你訂"點完 遇到了一點事情耽擱 40分鐘後才到現場取餐 跟店員報了我的電話, 她也看到了我的單 然後就有了以下的情況 我: (遞出員工證) 店員: 妳用"你訂"訂的 沒有優惠喔 我: 喔好吧 (秀出我手機的路易莎黑卡) 店員: 妳用"你訂"訂的 不能用路易莎黑卡喔 下次請用路易莎的APP 我: 喔好吧 優惠都不用 直接結帳吧 店員: (收錢後找給我一個50塊銅板) 我們現在開始做 要等一陣子喔 我: 我40分鐘前在家裡點的 妳們都沒有開始做?? 店員: 用"你訂"就是這樣 人到現場才會開始做 你剛剛訂的時候 應該會看到跳出一個視窗跟你講到現場才會開始做喔

我一整個爆炸(但我趕上班 懶得跟她們吵了) "你訂"不只沒有跳出這種視窗, 上面還寫著"十五分鐘後取餐"耶 而且你要不要聽聽看你到底在講什麼?? 到現場點了以後才開始做 那我幹嘛要用這系統點餐啊!!!??? 40分鐘以來 你們甚麼都沒有做???

最後跟店員說 我趕上班 來不及等了 不買了 退錢 然後還給她她剛剛找給我的50塊硬幣 等她退回我剛剛付出去的鈔票 結果她收了50塊以後 站在原地一直看著我 還說"好了" 我只好提醒她說 退錢啊 她才醒過來 把剛剛的錢還我

真的很無言 今天早上的兩個女店員是"你訂"的對手派來專門黑"你訂"的嗎??
