Read more2024/03/18到訪,吃完三間後,還是最喜歡總店的給料,以下就吃到的餐點做主觀評論: 1、爆鮭蟹膏丼丼🍱$418: 整體靠飯疊起來,75%米飯,25%料,米飯壓太實導致缺乏彈性,以及造成過黏。鮭魚有小15塊,不大塊但滿厚的,鮮味十足,軟彈兼具,鮭魚卵入口爆開的爽感無法言喻,蟹膏完全無腥味很OK。推薦要把蛋黃戳破!讓米飯沾滿金黃蛋液,蛋香搭配米香很好下口,這邊建議戳蛋黃前先把米飯戳洞,才不會讓蛋液亂流。
2、起司鮭魚塔塔(1貫)🍣$120: 感覺稍比其他間店小,不過還是很好吃。起司搭配炙燒鮭魚,兩者口感軟綿皆散發著濃香,美乃滋看似多實則剛好達到溼潤做用。
3、鮭魚切切🐟$298: 4大塊與3小塊,大約$43/片,大塊是真得很厚,鮮甜Q彈過癮,小塊跟丼飯大小差不多。
4、奶油干貝明太子烏龍麵🧈$228: 奶香濃郁質地濃稠,麵條稍軟比較沒彈性,干貝少了鮮甜味。認真說這道其他分店比較好吃。
5、炸雙蝦大手捲🍤$120: 手捲好吃,炸蝦也好吃,旦手捲的炸蝦小滿多的,單點海老紅蝦炸炸$198有3大隻感覺比較划算。手捲要先吃不然海苔會軟掉。
6、日式起司烘蛋🍳$160: 不知道是否因為比較晚吃,所以吃到時有一股蛋焦味,沒有在其他店吃到那種驚為天人的那種美味,中間也沒有印象中的極致軟嫩了,份量大約可以切成8片,有誠意。
7、霸氣鮭魚卵$200: 送上來超少,朋友跟我都傻眼,佔整個杯子的10%,其他90%都是靠下面小黃瓜撐,難怪人員在結帳時會推薦直接幫我們加到餐點裡。不會再加點這道。
8、玉子燒沙拉🥗$100: 拿來營養均衡用的,蔬菜鮮脆多汁,完全可以達到解膩的功效,上面的玉子燒有6片,不厚但軟甜~
9、鮮魚味噌湯🥣$46: 料多味美,味噌湯夠鹹不會沒味,有加洋蔥提升甜度,魚肉給很多,豆腐非常軟嫩,重點湯頭可以續~
10、👍茶碗蒸🥚$58: 非常推薦,入口即化的蒸蛋,淡淡的薄醬油提升鹹味,是清爽的調味,看似小小一杯,裡面裝了許多料,點了沒有後悔~到後面飽到不行,吃到時仍然覺得好吃順滑。
