Wonderful beef noodle. Whether chunks of beef meat, tripes or tendons, all authentically home cooked until tender. The best I've tasted in taiwan thus far....

2025/08 目前Google 評分算準，實際估計4.3-4.8分左右。

"服務很剽悍很直接很台中的店，卻有一種人情味，連顧客都有。"

餐點： 確實是原汁牛肉麵，沒有紅燒。溫度OK，店內有冷氣輔助。 蔥夠多 青菜不會太多，觀念正確。 麵、湯、肉、菜有一體。 湯和面的部分可以再入味一點 夠大碗 好像很堅持用台灣食材(?) 不會過油 已經開始有點功夫了 雖然沒有紅燒，慢慢的有一些靈魂在面的餐點裡面 餐點有一種台中的風格

麵條： 麵條很讚喔，扎實的好麵條，懂吃

湯頭： 湯頭感覺有點中藥

肉： 肉夠多，很香，有獨家香氣，部位結構有點混亂

佐料區： 佐料區充足
