you Must kidding me. Yesterday me and my Taiwanese wife arrive at the bar around 9, a waitress welcome us asking to filling a form ( due to covid-19 ). After this important step my wife starts to get questioned weirdly from the waitress about her ID card and age ( she is 30 yo ).Ok, and best part to come. After passing 10 min of examinaton we are asked to pay 100 ntd extra on the drink or order something to eat as extra of drinking. This should be...

Great cocktails and the bartenders really knew what they were doing. Small spot inside but if the weather is nice they have a back courtyard. Not a nightclub feel if that's what you're looking for (which I wasn't).

FYI they do have a smoking room but it's closed off with a door and I didn't smell any traces of cigarettes in...

IG:bar_runner_elijah Ruler bar 在台灣大道上，幾個台北人開了家極簡、低調風格的酒吧Ruler bar 。有著到此必喝的兩杯調酒，絕絕對對要喝的。 麻薏茶－麻薏應該可以說是只有台中人才知道的食材，台中南屯區土地肥、水質美，又有大肚山台地阻擋著冬季的東北季風，成為台中特產之一，味道有點甘苦，常常被拿來製湯。沒想到可以在這喝到，搭配綠茶琴酒，彷彿品茶一樣，回甘且茶香四溢。 大奶微微－才跟調酒師說想要酒感種重一點，馬上推薦這杯，可以說是Ramos Gin Fizz改良無氣泡版本，優格、養樂多的味道把酒蓋得很好，酒感喝不出來但其實不低啊，這才是平常該喝得養樂多吧。 位子不多，最好訂位。後有戶外區可吸菸，男性小便斗希望可以有多點東西遮住，去過的人一定知道我的意思。
