Every time I visit my boyfriend in Taichung and we go to Taroko Mall we love to visit here even tho it’s too crowded cuz obviously the location is really great. The ambiance 10/10. The staff has a pleasing personality which I like cuz I was a working student as a service crew before and I experienced lots of rude customers but still you have to be nice. Love it!❣️

Special thanks to Hank and team. Yesterday 23rd July 5pm when I visited Tarokko Mall’s Starbucks, Hank and his team was on duty. I accidentally spilt my drink and the team was quick to respond and Hank insisted to make me another drink ☕️. This was so touching for me because the staff understood what it meant to serve customers from their heart ♥️. Keep it up guys. 特別感謝Hank和他的團隊。昨天7月23日下午5點，我去太魯閣購物中心的星巴克時，正好碰上Hank和他的團隊值班。我不小心把飲料灑了，團隊很快就處理好了，Hank還堅持要再給我沖一杯☕️。這讓我非常感動，因為員工都真心實意地為顧客服務♥️。大家繼續加油！

Not foreigner-friendly. Rude cashier staff. I asked to add for hazelnut syrup, he clearly doesn't understand this since he kept on just mentioning my bill and uninterestingly just says "meiyou meiyou" without even trying to understand what I'm asking. I tried showing him via translate app, but without even looking he just signaled "no" with his hand and turned...

This is an inferior restaurant with significant defect. This STARBUCKS is also one of the worst STARBUCKS in Taiwan. However, environment was not bad in general. Therefore, there is no necessity spending any money here, but it is recommended taking a rest here.
