I am a visitor from Hong Kong who discovered this restaurant online. THE ARIGATOU 蔬食餐廳 truly lived up its reputation. The food here is beyond amazing.
I had the pleasure of savoring their signature dish, the French Truffle Risotto with 72-hour slow-cooked Monkey Head Mushrooms, Sichuan Cheese Toast, and Caramel Tea with Plant-based Milk. The level of dedication and attention to detail is exceptional, especially evident in the three-day preparation process for the Monkey Head Mushrooms, resulting in an incredibly rich and intense flavor that simply bursts in your mouth.
The Sichuan Cheese Toast was a delightful surprise with its perfectly melted cheese and crispy crust, adding a wonderful texture to the dish. However, the highlights were undoubtedly the Risotto and the Caramel Tea with Plant-based Milk. Despite not being a vegetarian myself, I can confidently say that the black truffle-infused Risotto was the best I have ever tasted. The intense aroma and flavor of the black truffle were truly remarkable and left me craving for more.
As for the Caramel Tea, it exuded a heavenly scent of caramel and had a perfectly balanced sweetness. The plant-based milk used in the tea was of exceptional quality, adding a creamy and smooth texture to the beverage.
