It was great experience and a good choice to come here. The workers here are super nice and helpful. You choose ingredients: veggies, noodles and type of broth (the price increases according how many and which ingredients you choose. Mine was around 189TWD and I was super full). I chose the home made noodles and Chinese medicine broth on the recommendation and wasn't disappointed. If I could I would come here again and again....

A lovely vegan noodle house in a DIY style. You first pick the ingredients of the noodle bowl (noodle type, the vegetables and tofu or vegan protein products) and put them into a basket. Then bring the ingredient basket to the counter for cooking. There are four choices of soup bases for the noodle bowl. The herbal soup base I ordered is rich in flavor but not very salty. Highly...
