Was here for a holiday and to my amazement, this is the best vegan ramen we have tasted in Taiwan!
Usually we do not visit the same place twice, this restaurant was the only exception.
The fried enoki was crunchy and fragrant yet not overly doused with oil. Soup broth was delicately prepared, luscious and nutritious made from fresh produce. Barley ramen was a special touch, al dente and highly beneficial for our bodies, as opposed to wheat flour. Pomelo ramen was the best, followed by black sesame.
The lady boss- Yi Ting shared that some of her vegetables are handpicked from the fresh market and carefully selected so they are at their best. Every single element in the dish was intricately prepared and presented and we could tell that her husband and herself put in great love in their cooking and hospitality! On top of that, from the long chats we had, we are grateful to share meaningful conversations with the lady boss who is a very kind and genuine person.
A trip definitely worth returning! Hope they will find a place soon and continue bringing joy to...
