Last night I ate at this restaurant for the first time, and had an incredible experience. My server was Esther, and she went above and beyond to meet my table's needs. My drink was never half empty for the entire 2.5 hour duration, she placed all of our napkins on our laps, and even brought us to the elevator when we were finished. We went to this place and it had THE BEST GENERAL TSO CHICKEN. Which as an American is closer to our idea of "Chinese Food." Really really good, our waitress Esther was fantastic, she often made sure we were taken care of and refilled our tea almost the second we finished. The food was great and the staff was very kind. 吃的方面全沒雷，很讚👍👍 但廚師方面該注意衛生問題，因你們在玻璃房裏客人是一目了然的，一位廚師在等煎台把帽子拉上去抓額頭的頭皮，另一位則是口罩只帶到嘴巴，觀感不佳 外場服務人員從上到下皆不ok，有兩位是新人，有感受到他們的緊張度可諒解，點了一道菜應該是新人有告知打單人員，（當時包廂客人陸續抵達）所以應該在忙他們，而遺忘此事，整晚只有我們兩桌人。點了百合炒蘆筍，卻來了山藥炒蘆筍（因家母不吃山藥） 主管本身與客人互動很怪，一點也不穩重，想要搞熟給其他人員，我們再一次告知所點的菜沒來就算了！ 他就像是撞到牆：一直重複著說：我知道我知道我知道我知道，我看著他說：你知道為何還需要repeat，聽起來感覺很差，既然知道為何不是主動為此事表達抱歉的態度 建議說法：很抱歉因為新人還在訓練⋯⋯⋯（理由）⋯⋯而讓您們主動反應 但主管有貼心訊問白菊茶是否有味道，立馬拿到玻璃廚房加熱，對此事件有感到貼心 住宿飯店可免服務費，所以帳又出包了！我自己再告知處理了

餐點表現非常豐富、看到很多客人都是上了年紀的阿姨叔伯熟門熟路的樣子，應該是道地的口味😊平常日生意也很好 吃完還外帶回去給爸媽⋯⋯好吃😋 結帳時服務人員還認出兒子、直接打折😊 是愉快的用餐經驗👍👍👍👍

多次來此用餐，真的感覺餐點愈來愈退步了。 油膩加上口味重還有最糟糕的是龍膽石斑魚居然是有腥味😩 其它比如薑絲牛肉，完全沒有牛肉味，就是勾芡勾得很濃厚來蓋過所有的一切；蝦腸粉是完全像散粉一樣沒有任何Q度，吃完ㄧ口絕不會想再吃，其它的港點表現也很差，實在難以想像這是五星級飯店的中餐水準。但炸子雞的表現很不錯，我的2顆星就是給它的。 用餐環境部分，因為我們人數不多，因此這次是坐在外面的座位而非包廂，但也因此要忍受別桌客人的情緒問題，也不解為什麼現場沒有任何主管來做什麼回應，只留給一些像是工讀生的妹妹在那裡面面相覷。還有用餐動線超差的，不明白為什麼這麼小又沒有景觀的地方還要擠這麼多桌？ 廁所部分也是很糟糕，馬桶尿液四溢卻沒人整理的讓人懷疑到底是在哪裡用餐？ 但值得嘉許的地方還是那些看起來比較資深的員工，從進門、搭電梯到帶座位，的確是蠻有水準的。
