小時厚牛排-台南店 — Restaurant in Tainan

The food was good! I got the Sahansi Steak, the not well done option. The texture was just right. The taste was ok but they have sauce on the counter that you can grab to enhance the flavour to your need. Just be careful as they bring the meal to you, the plate will be extremely hot and the sauce will the boiling so use a large napkin as a shield.

The only minor thing I would be picky about is the order process. The front desk told us where to sit and told us to scan the QR code that’s on the table to order. We did that and followed the instruction in English menu to order. But after about 30 minutes, the people that came in after us started to receive their meal. We instantly knew something was operated wrong on our part and asked the group of waiter/waitress that were cleaning the table to realize that we had to get up and pay at the machine that was located near the front door.

I highly recommend trying out their soup and the ice milk tea. I just can’t have enough of them!

Very disappointed about this place. The music was very loudly and awful, impossible to pass a calm moment and if you you want to discuss with friend, you have no choice than to scream. 突然想吃牛排～之前和家人去文化中心前的小時厚牛排吃過幾次， 覺得還不錯吃！ 今天假日怕晚餐用餐時間人多，刻意 19；30過後去避開尖峰時刻， 雖有等待 但很快就有位置了 點完餐結完帳 先去自助吧拿飲料 麵包 濃湯 開心吃著～然後等待我的小時厚牛排 等待～等待～發現比我們晚點餐結帳的客人已陸續上餐， 我的餐點還沒來， 詢問後也沒任何回應，再次詢問， 又等到另一桌比我們晚點餐結帳的人都吃一半了我們的餐點才上桌， 我點的小時厚牛排，我點7分熟，但來的時候上層全是血水，我還特意翻面，趁鐵盤還是燙的讓它在熟一點，先吃鐵板麵，但麵吃一兩口 發現有些麵心是白的像沒熟，切牛排都是筋 裡面的肉還是有血，我滿頭問號❓它不過也才一公分左右的厚度，是不是因為趕著出餐直接把肉就放餐盤上了 詢問服務人員～只說要幫我重換一片肉 所以呢？我問為什麼我的餐點比別人晚出餐 結果還是生肉（大概3分熟） 服務人員的回答讓我更不開心，她說可能比我們晚入座，但點餐應該比我們快結帳，我告知她這我可以理解，但我很確定我前方的那桌一家人比我們晚點餐結帳，他們已吃一半了我們的餐點才來，她居然回我說，那家人晚你們五分鐘，但因為你老公點的雞排要處理的比較久，為了要讓你們餐點一次出餐，所以才讓你等比較久。 蛤⋯有這回事？我看每桌幾乎都是餐點做好就送出呀，並沒有全部一起出餐呀，而且我老公的雞排處理比較久，那是不是我的牛排應該更有足夠的時間準備吧、怎麼我的牛排出來才三分熟。 服務人員的處理方式只是說～很抱歉！重新幫你重煎一塊肉？還是重做一份？ 我的用餐心情整個～飽了！這就是你們的處理態度，感覺像是我在刁難你，我可以體諒你們餐飲的忙碌，但不是我詢問你時，你就簡單的回我一句重新幫你補一塊肉，承認你們的疏失很難嗎？ 還好老公的雞排吃完了，我氣到一整盤的麵吃兩口...
