辣訣-秘藏鍋物-台南東寧店 — Restaurant in Tainan

IG: foodie_foxx The spicy hot pot on dongning road, located in the prime location among the busy streets, simple menu, interesting options like meat 🍖🍗🥩with low fat, high fat, 4 levels of spiciness🌶🌶🌶, Taiwanese style soup 🍲, thai soup 🍲. I always like to have the tender beef with the maximum spiciness soup, which is really tasty, not so spicy 😋, which surprised me, but I also like the ingredients in the soup, correct amount of chillies, correct amount of coriander, correct amount of Sichuan peppercorns, everything perfect for my sweet tune for my mouth and tongue.

This is my second time, and on both the occasions, I drank the whole soup. 🙃

Prices start from 168$ntd to 188$ntd, pork, beef, sea food and chicken are the options, u can also choose send food and have meat inside it for extra money (39-59$ntd) . Rice and noodles are unlimited. I would recommend everyone to take the noodles, because it's kind of special and the sauce that they spread on the top is really tasty.

Great food for price. I went there with some friends last Friday on the holiday, so it was fairly busy, but the front of house staff was VERY NICE. I know how hard it is to find good hospitality workers and just wanted to say what a good job she had done for us. None of our orders were wrong, and usually there's always an issue here in Tainan because of my dietary restrictions but she was very patient and helpful, and even had a nice tone when training new staff, which you don't see often. 2022/12月再訪

一年多沒來想吃功夫麵所以又來了～ 今天一進店裡就聞到濃濃的麻辣鍋香味，想說「喔～他們麻辣鍋可能變強了喔！」所以依舊點了辣花椒川味鍋，並說要大辣、爆辣，店員說還有地獄辣的選擇，所以我就帶著忐忑不安的心情點了地獄辣。🙂 一上桌看到湯頭的顏色略感不妙，很濁且細聞都是辣椒粉的味道。喝 了一口湯，果然濃濃的辣椒粉味，沒有麻辣鍋辛香料的味道，可能有但也被辣椒粉的味道完全蓋過去了！只剩辣椒粉跟鹹味而已，而且吃起來只有小辣🥲 想建議一下如果你們的辣椒粉不是什麼“朝天椒”辣椒粉，加再多也只會到一個程度的辣而已，所以不是加多就能增加辣度的，建議更改一下辣椒粉的種類或是改變一下調整辣度的食材。

吃兩次辣花椒川味鍋的味道都不是很夠，依然不夠麻不夠辣覺得蠻可惜的🥲
