台南美食 牛園火鍋-安平店 — Restaurant in Tainan

🍲🥩 "Back in my hometown Tainan, I embarked on a culinary quest with my parents to find a healthy hotpot haven. Our adventure led us to AnYuan Hot Pot, renowned for its daily fresh broth. Reservation? Smooth as silk. Parking? A mini game of Tetris, but manageable. 🚗🎮

Let's dive into the food saga. The place serves shabu shabu style hotpot, where you play a quick game of 'dip the meat and eat.' It's like speed dating, but with beef! 🥓⏱️ The beef, however, was a bit of a plot twist. Having savored the meaty marvels of the US, the local beef here felt like it was on a dry spell – literally. Some of it even took a long journey from Austria, but seemed to have lost its juiciness along the way. 😂🐄

Soup-wise, it's like a warm hug in a bowl – absolutely delicious. The service? Faster than a superhero and as kind as your favorite grandma. 🦸‍♂️👵 But here's the twist – the meat quality didn't quite hit the high notes compared to the pricing symphony. It's like expecting a blockbuster but getting a decent indie film instead.

In conclusion, while the soup and service at AnYuan Hot Pot deserve a standing ovation, the meat quality might need a bit of a casting rethink. Would I come back? Maybe for the soup's encore, but I'll keep my meat expectations backstage. 🍜🤔

Fresh meats and tasty soups. We ordered half mala and half milk soups and both are very good. Also drink we ordered winter melon tea with lemon which is also nice😋. 10 out 10 🤩 Just a recommendation, the menu or any activity notes should have English on. So it will be much better for foreigners who can’t understand much Chinese can enjoy...

📍痛風海陸套餐/例假日晚餐/$4988 帶不吃牛的家人來吃牛園😹 但聽說海鮮很厲害還是來試試看了😳

0️⃣湯底：麻辣、元氣。因為不吃牛，所以沒有牛油，煮完不辣 🤣 （店員有先告知 我們也可接受～）鴨血豆腐可以免費續，但我覺得口感普普通通，也沒到很嫩 就是一般般（不會想特別一吃再吃🤣）；元氣鍋湯意料之外的很讚欸！湯頭是很⋯自然的那種風味，超值得喝，喜歡蔬菜清甜味的長輩一定會尬意！

1️⃣痛風雙龍海鮮拼盤 龍蝦超讚😍 那個肉很鮮甜 我們剛好海鮮放最後煮超級滿足 100分的收尾 ☺️ 推薦龍蝦放元氣鍋煮，那個蝦頭拿去熬那個湯，提升另一個檔次 五告喝拎😍；螃蟹的腳腳蟹肉棒好甜啊🤤 還有帆立貝、小鮑魚、生蠔、海鱸，建議可以放張小卡指示各種海鮮要煮多久，不然怕煮老也怕煮不熟😵‍💫

2️⃣海沙蝦拼盤 這種蝦最有嚼勁了，有在運動的那種🦐 每一隻品質都不錯！就差蝦背的沙沙了😢 我只好人工手動去沙，不然口感影響到 整個就不ok了😬

3️⃣童子雞 蠻嫩的雞腿肉😳

4️⃣鹽酥小捲 推推這個炸物！好香喔調味料啊蒜啊 整個很搭，小捲也算厚，吃起來有口感

5️⃣金滿豬大拼盤 梅花豬跟五花豬。沒吃過這麼瘦肉的梅花豬⋯，油脂特少的那種，吃起來很柴 不喜歡😵‍💫而五花豬是特多油花的那種😢 兩個為什麼不中和一下 單吃某一種都偏可怕 只好合在一起吃😣 肉的品管要再加強一下，我們家不吃牛只寄託在豬了餒😢

6️⃣飲料：翡翠檸檬、洛神烏梅 當月壽星送翡翠檸檬～飲料都普通

7️⃣甜點（全部都超過100分🤩） 五星好評送甜點一人一份，這個甜點真的好吃到我們五人都有給評論再來一份，而且還可以外帶！（所以我們包了2碗西米露回去🤤） A. 芋香西米露：芋頭已經攪碎，沒什麼塊狀了，整個喝起來很純，不是水水的那種，濃郁的好好喝🤤 B. 焦糖鮮奶布丁：店員說甜點都是他們自己做的，還說依蕾特店員來吃也說布丁比他們的好吃🤣 不過是真的⋯這口感真的很踏實紮實，說是手工真的相信！ C. 紫米紅豆湯：意料之外的好吃😋 更更更濃郁 幾乎沒湯🤣 而且減糖減的很剛好，不膩口可以一直吃！

8️⃣飯、滑蛋粥（均可免費續） 網友超推他們的粥，原來是魚湯的底去煮的，好香，而且也吃得到魚碎肉，讚👍🏻。缺點是碗的乾淨程度待議😢 可能是用洗碗機洗的...
