I’ve been to many countries for oysters and this is so poorly prepped. At least chucked the oysters, and serve to customers. Heating it doesn’t kill all the germs as the charcoal is flying everyone for starters and it’s difficult for customers to open to oysters and the same utensils are touching the outer shell and into the food.
Also charcoal is flying everywhere the minute the oysters start to open up and liquid from the oysters are just oozing out for the charcoal to fly everywhere and into all the side dishes.
