One of the restaurants that must visit while in Tainan. Specialize in milkfish.

Pork rice is just normal taste. Their braised tofu and egg are good. And they have garlic rice that I forgot to take a picture of it, it is very popular in this restaurant. But I prefer the white rice. But then, I think you should give it a try while you're here.

The star here is the milkfish. I love it both ways, soup or fry, superb.

Arriving at 8.30 or 9.00 in the morning, hoping could try their fried fish skin or fried fish maw. But I had forgotten which one is that, sold out. I think you should come really early, like be the first customer to try that 😂

Service is surprisingly good. I mean it's a small restaurant, how good can it be. But the lady boss was very nice, take time to take our order cause my chinese is pretty bad, english communication is a bit hard.

Love this!! I’ve had many fish soup in Singapore but nothing like this! I actually chose this store cause I saw they had garlic fried rice and was curious about the taste 😂 I got the fish slice and oyster soup , garlic fried rice , and the toufu. Firstly, they were all so welcoming and kind! The oyster and fish slices were so fresh! And the fish slice is so unique, I’ve never eaten anything like this 😂 it’s hard to describe! Also, the bowl had so much ingredients! Super worth it for the price. The garlic fried rice was sooo goood! I’m so glad I chose this place 🥹 Toufu was so well marinated as well! Taste like marination in a Lu rou sauce. Such a perfect way to start my day! Please come to this...

Omg I walked 30 minutes in the heat from the train station and it was so worth it!

I never like fish balls but they were so sweet here I loved them! Fried fish wasn’t too fishy or greasy, perfect. Veggies and garlic rice also delicious. Super friendly service despite the long lines and many people. Highly recommend! Initially ordered just the soup and ended up ordering many more items because so good! Even their tea egg is mysteriously delicious and fragrant. Ended up getting the fried fish, vegetables, tea egg, garlic rice, fish soup!! Ate it all 😍

Might go again tomorrow!!
