I am going to be up front and point out that I don't drink coffee... With that said they still had a few non-coffee items on the menu so I thought I keep trying them out to satisfy my Taiwanese coffee drinking friends. Well, apparently it is too much trouble to expect the employees to do anything but pour you a cup of joe because they are often too lazy to make anything else. It was only after I started to walk away disgruntled that they finally agreed to make a smoothy for me. I have to point out this has happened to me more than once at a few 85 degrees locations and this location at least eventually made the drink, although reluctantly; many of the other locations will claim a drink is out of season even though it is still clearly on the menu and you get different responses on different days of the same week. Once they finally make the smoothy they always taste very artificially favored, although you can get the real thing at several nearby local juice shops for about the same price. The environment is clean and bright, cozy and casual. It is a famous brand here selling light food, bread, cake, tea and coffee. The price is moderate and the qulaity of food is good! It would be nice afternoon time to spend few minutes sitting here and sipping a cup of coffee...
