Cui Xing Café — Restaurant in Tainan

Came in a little late on a Monday night and didn’t realize they had already stopped their food service and cleaned their espresso machine (since it’s been a slow night). Barista/bartender was super nice and knowledgeable. She brought everything back up to serve us. We ordered a gin lemon coffee, brown sugar latte and a single malt whiskey basque cheesecake - both drinks and desserts are 10/10. Quiet little spot with modern industrial interior and great music. Fancy modern coffee shop with relaxed vibe. They have snacks, coffee, tea and a small selection of cocktails. Mix of high table top and tatami style seating. The staff is extremely friendly and speak great English. They made a great recommendation to get the whisky pudding with ice cream which we absolutely loved. The cold brew was very flavorful and the panacotta was also tasty. They have good AC and WiFi as well....

Lovely cafe decorated in a Japanese style. Plugs in every table and WiFi available. Great cappuccino (the real stuff for coffee lovers) & cheesecake. Amazing barista lady. I went on a rainy afternoon, a bit bummed after sightseeing in the non stop rain for hours, and this lady made my day with a few kind words. One more nice memory of Tainan to take...
