We would like to share a small suggestion regarding your Element restaurant. While the overall quality is good, we strongly recommend adding grilled or pan-seared steak to the buffet menu. For a buffet priced around NT$1,500, having freshly grilled steak is generally expected and would significantly elevate the dining experience. Currently, the available roasted beef feels a bit too basic.
On a positive note, we truly enjoyed the recent addition of crab legs in the seafood section — they were excellent! Please continue to keep this great feature.

日式&生冷海鮮推薦: 炙燒握壽司 (兩種魚都不會炙的太乾,不過醬汁稍嫌重手) 鮭魚生魚片 (我去的時候有肚子部分,所以吃起來還算滿不錯的) 花蟹 (肉質算硬實不會水水的,蟹味滿足的沒有冰味) 五味醬/鳳梨沙沙醬 (酸甜適中,不會有那種很刺鼻的酸味衝出來)
熟菜推薦: 黑蒜紅棗雞湯 (辦桌會出現的那種中藥雞湯口味,鹹甜適中,使用雞翅所以肉質算軟嫩不乾柴) 清蒸鮮魚 (醬汁鹹甜口味,肉質滿鮮嫩) 麥片乾烹辣味雞 (口味上不辣就是醬油雞的感覺,不過麥片的脆疊加軟嫩的雞肉整個口感很豐富) 梅香嫩子排 (口味上酸甜鹹到位,瘦肉軟嫩肥肉脆彈) 紅藜麥櫻花蝦炒飯 (鑊氣、蝦子油香味、蛋的焦香味十足,飯體口感的乾爽) 塔香炒孔雀貝 (醬汁夠味,孔雀貝本體不會過老) 台式香腸/玫瑰油雞/蜜汁叉燒 (香腸屬於綿細肉泥,口味足;油雞口感也是多汁不柴;叉燒漬料味道滿足的) 明爐烤鴨 (烤鴨本身皮脆肉多汁,不過捲餅屬於桂冠單餅皮那種偏硬的,沾醬的海鮮醬濃厚不衝、冰梅醬酸甜適中) 紅酒燉牛肉 (牛肉軟嫩、紅酒味道跟丹寧的那種口感有出來,算是這幾家裡面最好吃的xd) 爐烤美國牛肉 (肉體本身熟度跟口感佳,不過蘑菇醬跟黑胡椒醬沒有加分,配鹽最好吃)
熟食部分我覺得肉品的熟度跟口感掌握的都滿好的,口味上也都有調足。不過湯品類就都比較偏淡不夠味。甜食的部份感覺也都滿細緻的,但是口味上就鹹甜膩一些(個人觀感)。
對我來說把肥只要有幾樣品項有再去拿的動力我就至少會給推,畢竟我覺得與期推出20樣垃圾品項不如好好的做幾樣好吃的就好!綜合價格、服務、口味我覺得這間滿推的!覺得他不應該是3.6的google評價xd(看看遠百4.1...)
