This is one of those places where winning an award has completely ruined the experience for customers because they don't really care about personal experience anymore. I went on a weekday when there was no queue at all. Despite the fact that there were no other customers, the rules state that there is no trying of ice cream, no combining certain flavours, complicated rules about pricing and worst of all - cash only! Read moreThis is a 15min walk from the Sio House but the walk can be quite dreadful under the hot sun. Would suggest to cycle/drive/take bus number 2 instead. It's admittedly a beautiful space that's slightly reminiscent of Ando's architecture (just look at those concrete walls with holes, and the light reflected on the ceiling). I also love the beautiful photos by Simon Chang displayed on level 2.
