They didn't want to seat just 1 person for barbecue. But they will serve me stir fry item. Had a sizzling beef and fish fried rice. Rice was not bad, but the beef was not to my expectations. The staff seems disorganized. And service was not the best. When I look for staff they all seemed to be busy with various things. It seems this place is still in their infant stages.

點餐是QR Code點餐 有紙本菜單及電子菜單 大家決定點1499的套餐+單點 紙本上1499的套餐有燒烤跟熱炒+湯品 結果餐點送來只有燒烤 因為燒烤真太久看紙本菜單的朋友說： 不是有熱炒跟炒麵嗎？ 電子菜單的朋友說：沒有啊！我剛剛點的套餐上沒有啊！ 一陣名偵探柯南之後 詢問店員菜單系統是不是有什麼誤會 男店員很客氣的跟我們道歉 說是他們新舊菜單轉換POS機系統可能亂掉 說要補熱炒及湯品給我們 (紙本菜單才是正確的) 我們也很客氣說不用沒關係 我們只是要確定一下大家看到的1499套餐品項怎麼都不一樣 旁邊的女店員說：不行啦！這樣他們烤肉串多很多欸 還要補給熱炒？😡😡😡 我們也跟他們兩位店員說：真的沒關係，我們只是要確定一下，因為之後我們有打算來這邊辦活動，到時候才發現有這樣點餐問題，那一定會大亂⋯⋯⋯⋯ 整個過程中每一位服務人員真的都非常親切 (除了那個女店員) 後來男服務生還是補上熱炒及湯品 以為他們真的是服務至上的同時 在結帳的時候 我們被女店員洗臉了 她覺得我們凹了他們熱炒 還特地交代說下次不能這樣 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 哈囉！我們是發現你們點餐系統有問題欸 我們四位的手機點餐的菜單內容都不一樣 有這樣的疑問是正常的吧！ 如果真的來這邊辦活動才發現點餐問題 這樣有比較好嗎？ 阿密陀彿🙏還好有先來 不然活動辦下去 真的會被罵翻

一群朋友踩雷了⚡️踩雷了⚡️踩雷了 熱爆🔥～坐的位置連流通的風扇都沒有，反應多次卻置之不理 出菜單不實與結帳單不實😤😤🤬～～ 用餐人數9人，直接點了兩份2400元 4-6人套餐，上菜時的量讓大夥傻眼，問了服務人員這是一份還兩份？ 答：這是一份，然後離開一下再回來說這是兩份，餐點到齊了，食材讓人嚇到的少，九個人給了一桌小烤台的座位，烤到大夥的火一直上來，還是想儘快烤好離開這地方 終於烤完結帳了，因為大家要均攤費用，所有朋友堅持跟店家索取結帳單（上面有明細），突然有朋友發現有幾樣東西出菜單上沒有，但結帳單上卻顯示著，於是發揮柯南精神仔細對了起來，天啊！ 少了六七樣菜是結帳單上有，出菜單上卻沒有的，拿到櫃檯反應，二話不問退我們1250，這是店家明知道常有這種情形的意思嗎？ 如果我們沒發現他們是不是硬生生騙了顧客，看了一下別人的留言，好像不是只有我們遇到這情形，這店家也太不誠實了吧！ 總之，這家店我們有共識不會再踏進去了，想前去的踩點的人，務必三思，然後結帳後未必索取櫃檯不想提供給客戶的結帳單明細，仔細核對，以免荷包失血 如照片所示，這樣要收我們4800+兩瓶冷泡茶，兩瓶小的蘋果西打總共要收5500 實際短少秋刀魚.松阪豬.海蛤蜊.草蝦.梅花肉.鮮蚵.甜不辣.花枝丸…. 壽星會送一盤鮮蚵，但卻沒有送

Service is great, the owners are unbelievably friendly, the seafood is phenomenal, and the atmosphere is a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the rest of Taiwan. There are employees who speak English. To everyone who complained about the bad filet or whatever, order the fresh seafood at the dockside fresh seafood bar and stop...
